This has all 8 “types” of Vitamin E, 4 tocopherol and 4 tocotrienol. It’s a big pill, but I’m assuming if you’re taking the time to buy vitamin E, you’re ok with pills.

Seems to be easily absorbed and stays put! Doesn’t leak on other pills when I package them for personal use. Blood test next week, so I’ll know for sure if they are increasing my bodies supply of Vitamin E.
