Very helpful pain relief
I was using just turmeric as I am trying to eliminate NSAIDS. Purchased this As read Boswell and tart cherry also helpful. A almost immediately upon taking noticed a real difference in arthritis pain. I imagine my PVP may not be happy with me as I am trying to get away from pharmaceuticals but I feel this is effective enough that I can get away from celebrex. And I believe Swanson is a good company.Update: I am still taking this and no more celebrex. I do take two, one in AM and one in PM, because just one is not enough. But I also have increased the amount of water I drink along with eating many different vegetables and fruits, no processed foods and for protein, only chicken, salmon and eggs. I do not use cow’s milk although I do eat occasional hard cheese. I am gluten free and I severely limit sugar only using a little honey. I drink mostly herbal tea with one green tea in am. I drink no coffee and I take one probiotic. My headaches, asthma and joint pain have improved to the point that I take no prescription medication. But I believe this supplement has really helped the arthritis pain. I recommend it.

Bought these for my mom and she loves it

Helped pain, but caused major bloating
It help with inflammation, so it lessened my pain. It bloated me so bad that I had to stop taking it. I gave it 2 weeks, hoping things would settle down, but they didn’t.
