I think they help. I like how you get 3 things in 1 pill. I have tried other brands with Turmeric and Ginger but this one with the Acai It doesn’t have an after taste. It is a large capsule but it goes down easy.Update: so my daughter had food poisoning and when I reseached what she could use. It said Turmeric was good for stomach relief. So I gave her one. About 20 min later she said it was as if it never happened. She calls it the magic pill! So my husband had an upset stomach I gave him one and it worked. So I will continue to buy it.

So far, good!
I was getting the ginger trips(has vit B); which are chew-able and taste awesome..but I was put on B-complex….so had to switch. In the past, turmeric has given me heartburn…but the mixture of this brand does not; and has many healthy benefits as well!! I just started them, and wish I could update to let you know how it goes; but at the moment I am thinking I will purchase this again!!!
