I’ve had the absolute worst allergies for years now. I’m talking about waking up every single day coughing, sneezing and wheezing for at least 45mins. I heard about the benefits of Black seed and how it’s a, “Cure all.” I’ve been taking a more holistic and natural approach to healing and medicine and I’ve matured so I know what’s going into my body. After a lot of research on herbal supplements to help with blood pressure, inflammation, and arthritis one herb kept coming up, Black cumin seed. I had never heard of this but was to the point I was willing to try it. So far my blood pressure has stayed down, my inflammation has improved, and my arthritis pain is easing even with the cold weather hitting hard. So far I am extremely impressed with this product and will be ordering more.
