Good product
I am leaving a review because there are not many reviews on this product. I just got this treadmill desk last week. I have the Lifespan I obtained on the used market and have been trying to find another for 6 months. It seems unavailable so I bought this one. The assembly was ok. It was a little tricky getting the bar to go across under the desk — so both sides of the desk would go up and down together — but figured that out eventually. I walk at 2 mph while working and that was fine. I put a pad under the back legs to even it out. The plastic in the back cracked in shipping but it is just on the side and not affecting anything. The unit is quiet. The desk is big enough for books, mouse, and drink. Given that this product was only 700 dollars versus 1000 I paid for a used Lifespan, I am very happy with it. I had the same experience on both. A treadmill desk is so helpful. Thanks for a good product.

Perfect size and cost
I wanted something minimal that also had incline. Other treadmills were too bulky and had too many settings and gadgets that I wasn’t interested in. I couldn’t find an automatic incline treadmill for less than $700 so when stuff started shutting down again due to COVID I panicked and bought this one. I don’t regret it!! It took about 15 minutes to set it up. I spent more time trying to get it in the house and up some stairs. It was HEAVY. It had a tiny tiny dent when I unpacked it but that could have been my fault and also I didn’t care. The directions could have been better but it was a very simple setup. It fits perfectly in my little at-home gym. I’m sure the owners manual says not to put as close to the wall as I did, but I also tripped and hit the wall and it didn’t hurt that bad. My only issue is I have no idea what those red bars are for and it doesn’t have a place to put a water bottle so I had to improvise. I mostly use the treadmill for incline walking while I play my PS4. My roommate uses it for endurance running when the weather is bad. It’s very quiet until you start running on it and you mostly hear the impact. If you’re worried about the noise you could probably sleep through someone walking on, but not likely running.

Decent value for price
If you just want to walk and have automatic angle adjustment, this is a good choice in its price range. I only use it for walking and I only weigh 150 lbs and it’s sturdy for me, but I’m not sure how sturdy it would be for a more normal size person running on it. It’s a little wonky to maneuver when folded. It makes a really loud bong every time you turn it on, I would remove the speakers if they were easy to get to. I didn’t bother installing the upright handles – they look like they induce an uncomfortable and unnatural posture – but they are not necessary. Otherwise pretty much what I expected for the money. Warning, too wide (31″) to roll through a normal doorway, you have to fold and slide it sideways.

Broken Running Board/2 Yrs Later, Replacement HasBroken Frame
After a year and a half, the running board completely cracked … WHILE I was jogging! It was hard to get a good picture because I had to lift the belt as much as I can. To give context, I’m an on again off again jogger. When I’m “on” I will use the treadmill 3-4 times a week running about 3 miles at a time. Otherwise when I’m “off” the treadmill can go weeks without being used. So, I’d say for the year and a half I had it, I probably used it, at most, 50% of the time. I was honestly very pleased with my purchase until last week. I am under the weight capacity (170lbs), I oiled and maintained the unit per the manual guidelines, and I’d say with >50% usage, that it’s been lightly used over the last year and a half. It’s under the manufacture warranty and customer service has been very helpful and offered to send a new treadmill if I pay for shipping, however, it kind of scares me to even use the product again. And in a year and a half or sooner, will I run into the same issue? Not to mention I have to get this old one hauled away now …UPDATE: The company sent me a new treadmill but I did have to pay for shipping. 8 months after getting the new treadmill it became abnormally LOUD. I had to troubleshoot the treadmill myself (with the help of customer service) .. but that literally required me to disassemble and reassemble a 115lb treadmill on my own replacing parts that the company would send me. First they told me it’s not the motor so they sent me a new roller that took hours for me to replace because of how heavy the item was. It did not help the noise so they, then, wanted to send me a new motor which I declined because I did not want to go through disassembling the treadmill again.1.5 years after this, the frame broke! I rarely ever folded and stored the treadmill away, but the leg still bent to the point of it eventually cracking off. I emailed customer service and they told me the 3 year structural warranty does not apply to the new treadmill, my warranty rolled over from the original purchase date. To me, that does not make sense … it’s a completely different unit! They would not help me besides sending me a 15% off coupon to purchase a new product. No thanks.DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCTS! They are not built to last and apparently the warranty is only good for your original purchase!

Reliable and easy to move and operate
This is a small workhorse treadmill. I used it a lot for a couple months immediately after buying it last year and then folded it up to store it. I took it out yesterday after being stored upright for 7-8 months and it is working great. No problems. Recommend!
