I took the Sundance B-Complex+Vitamin C for about a week and didn’t notice anything different in how I felt. A thought occurred to me that I might not really need this as I take a multivitamin 50+. Went down the list on the two bottles and realized I was covered by my multi. So, I will pass along to mom after I check what she is currently taking. I should have realized before ordering that I was covered.
