Decent flavor, but be careful…
The gummies themselves taste okay; slightly medicinal, slightly citrusy taste that won’t make you gag. If you need to get very high levels of D3 into you, there are worse ways to get it than this product.And on that note, before you start taking this, make sure you need the levels of D3 that this product offers, because a dose of this (5000 IU) is 125% of the MAXIMUM daily dose of vitamin D you can safely take and can lead to toxicity over time. In other words, you should only be taking this dose under medical supervision. If you’re just taking it because you figured you needed some extra vitamin D in your diet, I strongly recommend you do a little reading and determine just how much you actually need.
