Pleasant taste with a small amount of other vitamins
These are pleasant tasting so are easy to remember to take or take without water. These seem helpful with high blood pressure. Not a huge amount for me, but I can skep doses if my pressure is fine and there were a lot of days it was low enough, which hadn’t happened for a while before now.. Some of the other health benefits are not so directly noticeable, but I am optimistic it could help.

This is a very tasty vitamin gummy for anyone looking to add good vitamins and nutrients to their daily intake. The gummies are easy to chew and swallow and they do not leave a bad aftertaste. Although one bottle is only one month supply, it’s still a good value because this comes with two bottles so it as well worth the price.

Good taste hampered a bit by a chemical smell
SUMMARYLike these enough as I appreciate the ingredients and taste but have to hold my breath when I take them as the smell is jarring. I’m no expert, it may have something to do with berberine itself…but have taken one other gummy berberine supplement and it did not smell this way. Other than that, the smell doesn’t translate to taste and no sugar is a big plus.PROSTaste:Good raspberry like taste with the soft consistency you’d expect from a gummy.Ingredients:No sugar is nice. Very clear both on adds and the back of the bottle what is included in the supplement. With a little research the amounts seem to be a good mix with a standard allowance of Berberine.Packaging:Bottle is a nice ‘drop without breaking’ plastic with and easy to open and close lid. (doesn’t take much pressure) Top was sealed tight and while a little difficult to remove, it came off cleanly without a bunch of papery residue.CONSSmell:As listed in the summary, has a chemical smell that just doesn’t work for me. It’s not strong enough to cover a large area when you open the bottle…but it is enough that every time I take them I hold my breath. Just not a good or even neutral smell.

The gummies have a powerful smell but taste fine. They are very easy to take and contain good, clean ingredients.

Pros: These gummies have a wonderful taste so they are easy to add into your routine.Includes multiple vitamins needed to support health.They have definitely helped me with keeping away bloating.Cons: I haven’t noticed much of a difference in my weight loss but I suppose that will also vary based on each individual.

Pungent aroma, but tastes ok
There’s a strong sharp smell when you open the bottle, I think it’s probably the cinnamon combined with some fainter odors, but the gummies themselves taste quite good. It’s hard to say whether any supplement really has the intended effect, but I can say I’ve seen no unpleasant side effects.
