High quality and a good desk footrest also
Great for stretching and workouts. This helps with sciatica that originates in the left leg. After working out it I put it back under my PC desk with a light fleecy cover on top for softness. I wish it were about 2 to 4 inches wider as it’s 16″ wide. Definitely worth the money given the quality. This is a buy-it-for-life product that is super easy to adjust.

Solid as a rock
This device is amazing. If stretching your calf and leg muscles is important to you you can’t go wrong with this device. I have never received a deeper and more thorough stretch of my calf and leg muscles using any other piece of equipment than I have by using this device. It is VERY sturdy, and I look forward to using it for years to come to improve my overall health. You will NOT experience buyers remorse if you purchase this item, and I’m saying that from personal experience using this piece of equipment.

Good but room for improvement.
This review should be a bit more timely in terms of review but my thoughts are the board is stable but gets a bit wobbly as you raise the height. The range of motion is excellent, Also, upon receiving the slant board I was a bit disappointed that the edges of the board exhibited signs of wear and tear although I purchased it brand new. Lastly, the most annoying that I find with the product is that the grip discs, although very grippy on surfaces, have shifted around the board and fallen off. I reapplied the discs but the glue used has lost its effectiveness due to dust and dirt. StongTek, I would truly appreciate a new set of grips to reapply to my board. Please put me in contact with your customer support so they may assist me.2/16 I emailed customer service and they responded and sent me a new set of anti-slip grips for my board! Great purchase – well-built, attractive, sturdy, and does just what it’s made to do
This has been a satisfying purchase, and worth every dime. I guess I’ve grown accustomed to paying too much for items that are poorly built of sub-standard quality materials, which it seems is every manufactured item on the market today. This purchase made me very happy. It’s well-built, sturdy, nicely finished, and extremely functional. I bought this to use for weighted squats, and this is one solid piece of equipment. Would definitely purchase again, but I know I won’t need to. I would absolutely recommend this item with no reservations. The only thing I that would be an improvement is some felt strips or other cushioning material along the wood parts that come into contact with eachother. When you move this item, those wood parts sometimes smack together making a really loud clapping noise. I added felt strips, and no more noise. I suppose in a gym the noise wouldn’t be so remarkable, but in our home it seemed quite loud.

Sturdy but not tolerated well by all.
Very strong and durable product. Fair weight given the size of the item. One wish or request for future new products is a lower initial incline as my patient population has difficulty even tolerating the first stage leaving little room for initial tolerance or potential for progression.

Well made and great stretch options
Very well made and easy to adjust to different inclines as needed. This is the same as the one I use in Physical therapy and a great option for at home use. I purchased the bigger one to do several stretching options. Folds up for easy storage. This was a great buy.

WOW. I have had very tight Calf muscles, but I did not realize how tight. I was doing some exercises and My Calf muscles Screamed “Hey we need HELP” ! I remembered My Physio talking to me about a Slant Board Stretching Wedge. At the time I thought “good idea” , but soon forgot about it until My Calf’s reminded me with much Pain! I remembered the Slant Board. I am a Big Guy who has Worn out good Exercise equipment! I need something very Strong and well made. This is it! I purchased the StrongTek Slant Board X-LARGE size. The inside box says holds up to 500LBS. The Slant Board is adjustable from a 15 Degree Slant to 35 degrees Slant. This is important Feature to get adjustability on a Slant Board. Basically you stand on it for 5 minutes. Starting at 15 Degrees is challenging depending on your Physical Health. This Board also works on your Balance. I am now at 20 Degrees for 5 minutes and can feel the Stretch in My Calf’s, Hamstrings and Glutes. For Me this Slant Board has really made a BIG difference. I can feel My Muscles Stretching slowly as I stand there. Awesome. Yes I spent $100 on this Board, but what is YOUR HEALTH WORTH? This Slant Board was been Worth every penny for Me! Thank you StrongTek. I will be recommending this Slant Board to many other people. LOVE IT!

Bis hin zu sehr steilen Einstellungen.Verwendung für Stand Übungen Neurologie / Othopädie in Berg ab oder auf Position der Füße.Bein Achsen Training.Gute Unterbau mit 4 Gummi Füßen gegen verrutschten auf Linoleum. Könnte sogar für Neuro Therapie noch breiter sein. Oder Verwendung von 2 Stück.
