Great product, no discomfort
So I am loving this product!! I have tried other fat inhibitors in the past and they are always really harsh on my body. I have a sensitive stomach and I would usually get really sharp pains or have to just take half of the recommended dose. But PLEASANTLY to my surprise this does NOT cause any discomfort! I can see my stomach does not seem as bloated either.I even try to take some right before bed and had no problems sleeping and don’t wake me up in the middle of the night (although it’s recommended you take 25-30mins before a meal, I wanted to still try it while sleeping)Overall great product. Pill size is normal vitamin size.

Okay, not as effective as counterparts
I love the gardenia Cambogia plant extract and I usually always bought the same brand. I tried this one because it was slightly cheaper than my go-to. Unfortunately, I did not see the same results that I had with my other brand. I am not sure if this one just takes longer to work, but I finished the entire bottle while working out and did not have quick results. Comparatively, on the other brand Ive been taking for about two weeks and I have lost two pounds!

When I first got them I swallowed them whole. They seemed to be helping but after the first bottle I started chewing them. I really noticed a difference then. The taste was horrible and it made sugar taste really bad. Now that I said that I’m wondering if they tasted horrible because I was on a sugar binge and had just had sugar. When I take them I also noticed it curbs my eating binge, you know, the kind you get when your discouraged and don’t care and just trying to find something satisfying but your not really hungry? I feel satisfied and can do other things wholeheartedly. They’ve helped me more than anything else I’ve tried.

I love this! I have been taking several different brands of Garcinia Cambogia for years now and not had a significant weight loss result, but I have found by taking this for a week I already can tell that it reduces my appetite. I have to force myself to eat! Reading reviews on Amazon before buying I remembered a lady saying it did the same for her so that’s exciting! I haven’t taken it long enough to see weight loss from this pill yet but if I keep going at this rate it is bound to happen! I am on a low sugar low carb diet already and excercise regularly which has attributed to a significant amount of weight loss without any pills but I wanted a boost! I have high hopes for this! It has 95% HCA which is what grabbed my attention because the other Garcinia brands did not have that high a dose which is probably why I didn’t see results. Just some advice for those of you trying to lose weight…I work for a doctor who is very knowledgeable about what foods to eat when trying to lose weight. You CAN EAT! fat is not bad, it is good for your brain! Sugar is a killer! Cut out the sugar! Substitute stevia for sugar when you can. Drink green tea, it does wonders for your metabolism. So does grapefruit! eat meat and veggies and fruit. Cut the white bready foods and exercise when you can and YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT I promise! But I am hopeful that this will aid in my weight loss journey and I hope it will do the same for you as well!

Garcinia Cambogia is awesome
I’ve tried so many diets they all seem like a waste of time to me at this point. When I heard about Garcinia Cambogia, I was skeptical that it would really do anything. So I generally never post reviews but as I got to thinking about it, the reviews other have left led me to take a leap of faith on this product. When are used to do different products like Hydroxycut etc etc. I never liked The way they made me feel add some weird feeling that years from then infomercials about how they are now finding out he causes cancer. So, for years I have always just stayed away from any kind of metabolism or fat burning products. Since this quarantine I’ve decided to do everything I can to better myself and so in my fitness routine I wanted something to help kick it up a notch. I’m sure I saw an add for something else and so I was on search for something natural and not putting chemicals into my body. After a lot of digging I came across this. It’s barely week three and I’m 100% (with a lot of hard work too) starting to see abs I haven’t had in years. Another problem I’ve accepted is that I’m a person who loves Edibles. And most edibles make you want to eat everything. This has for sure suppressed my appetite When it comes to not craving late night snacks lol. All in all, still on this journey but it’s def something new thrown into my routine thats seemed to help.
