    Good strap for modified stretches.
This is a very versatile stretching strap. I recently had foot surgery and can not put any pressure on the ball of my foot so it has been difficult to do the stretching prescribed by my therapist. This strap has multiple ways that you can use it making it easy to modify a stretch. I took it to PT the other day and my therapist was impressed wi5h the quality. The strap is a good size for almost any size person., the padding at the bottom is a good design. It stores easily in its sack. It works and it’s a good price.

Great little strap for plantar and calf stretches.
I got this for my reoccuring plantar issues, and it really is a good product for stretching the arch or calf muscles to work through the pain of plantar. I’m sure I could also use it for yoga stretches, but haven’t done so. It is well made and totally adjustable for various feet, and the loops on the pull strap (for lack of a better term) mean you can ease into those stretches gradually.I am keeping this in my arsenal for alleviating plantar pain. It works.

    Awesome stretching strap
This is a great stretching strap. I am an orthopedic nightmare who struggles with mobility and range of motion issues. This strap has really improved my quality of life. My favorite features are the loops and length. The length allows me to easily and comfortably stretch different parts of my body. It also makes the strap suitable to use for both short and tall people. The loops allow me to deepen my stretches and can be used as additional handles. Overall, this strap is well constructed, very easy to use, easy to grip, and functions exactly as described. The only disappointment is the storage bag. It’s made of extremely flimsy, cheap material. My review scale explained:⭐ Don’t do it. Not recommended.⭐⭐ Does some of the things it claims to do in listing. Low quality, Not recommended.⭐⭐⭐ Does everything it claims to do in listing, acceptable quality. Neutral, neither recommend/don’t recommend. May not be for me but may be something for you.⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does everything it claims to to do in listing. Good/Great quality. May/may not include a surprising feature. Recommend.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect product. Great quality. Rare. Absolutely recommend.

    Strap in!!
This strap has already helped me improve my flexibility greatly. I love its unique design and the way it can be used in seemingly innumerable ways. I think that whether you are a beginner or someone who is more skilled perhaps in the areas of yoga and other bodywork you will definitely find value with this stretching strap. The durability and functionality are exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend.

    Excellent stretching strap
I had been using a strap for many years that had no foot placement or hand holds built in. I could create a handhold by tying a knot into the strap, but I typically would not do that as I found myself wanting a number of different distances during the stretch. This belt is far superior in stretches to the lower calf and hamstring. The foot placement pad with Velcro ankle band was key to enabling me to focus on lower calf stretches as my foot/leg was secured from the slight twisting that would typically take place.I was surprised that the numerous stitched handhold positions were so useful. They enabled me to relax my arms while holding the stretch which allowed me to go further into stretches over 1-2 minutes as my arms did not tire out.

Great for anyone with the rotator cuffer upper arm injury.
What I like about this stretching strap is that it is long. It’s not like an oversized rubber band, like you’ll get with some other brands. That makes it more versatile when it comes to exercises that involve your feet and hands together. But it’s also strong enough to take a beating. I’ve been doing daily exercises with it to stretch out my rotator cuff and bicep muscles and it’s really helping with a lingering injury. One of the highest quality stretching straps I’ve seen. Recommended.

Foot Strap a bit too short
I wear size 14 shoe and the heel / Foot strap is too short to accommodate my foot

    PLANTAR STRETCHING STRAP…
I’ve had plantar issues for some time now, and this has really been a game changer. There is an included strap that you can use by itself for all kinds of stretches, but where it really SHINES is with the added “boot”. It straps in easily and hooks at the top. They include a whole number of illustrated stretches for you to try, but it’s relatively intuitive. The segmented hand grips make it easy to change position to adjust pressure. The stretch is AMAZING, a really gets deep into the muscles and joints. I’m getting the kind of stretch I’ve tried everything for about three YEARS to get, and it happened the first time. Incredibly satisfying, really glad to have this in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
