COMBINE ANGLES! Use the wedges as a slant board for squats (heels raised) or as a calf stretcher slant board (toes raised). Elevate both feet at 8.5 or 17 degrees, or just one foot at the full 34 degrees, to progressively widen your range of motion
OPTIMAL MATERIAL. Recyclable, light, strong EPP: better for an Achilles stretcher than wood or metal. It enables you to use the physical therapy wedge set for deeper squats and boosted stretching and weight lifting to target muscles more effectively
UPGRADED WORKOUTS. With a squat blocks wedge set, you enhance ankle mobility and put less pressure on your joints. It’s not only for a calf workout: the wedges improve your posture and help intensify your regular training for better results
BEYOND SQUATS. A workout wedge for squats can be as well used for deadlifts, lateral lunges, calf raises, hip thrusts, angled push-ups, and glute bridges. Similarly, using a calf wedge adds efficiency to yoga and physical therapy or rehabilitation
UNIVERSAL AND PORTABLE. Exercising with a calf stretch wedge works equally for beginners, advanced athletes, and people in physical therapy. Light and compact, this set becomes your portable squat board for the home, gym, and even outdoors alike

    Sturdy and versatile
I think this product is great value for money considering the various angles you can make use of and of course the option of using it as an aerobic step. Knowing that it’s made of a really dense foam-like material, I was worried that it would be too soft or unstable, but it’s actually quite sturdy and does not deform.I don’t really have any complaints, maybe just two observations:1. The triangle portion which forms the top of the step only serves that single purpose, which is understandable – I can’t imagine a different shape or way to achieve that function – but maybe there could be some future design that allows you to use it for something else.2. Maybe a future iteration could enhance the grip on the bottom of the wedges. Depending on the conditions or surface you use it on, the wedge might shift or slip slightly.Overall I’m pleased to have such a versatile piece of equipment at home and would recommend it for anyone who needs the wedges or an aerobic step (might as well have something multifunctional).

Great for calf stretchng and squats
Great set. The wedges are foam but very firm. Used the large wedge for calf stretching before a workout, and used the two smaller ones for squats. Works great for side lunge squats as well.

Do the job pretty well if you wear shoes
I want to start by saying that these are fantastic and helped me safely squat for several months despite my absolutely abysmal ankle mobility. They absolutely do the job. However, I decided that I should stop wearing my normal running shoes while squatting because of how the cushion in regular shoes leads to instability. With shoes on, I wasn’t sliding at all, but I tried using these with socks and they were so slippery that I would slide down whenever I would stand on the wedge blocks. I tried barefoot and that was a little better but still not great. Even grippy socks didn’t quite do the job.Additionally, when on a wood platform like they have for one of the squat racks at my gym, these wedge blocks were slipping around on the platform, making it hard to keep them in the right spot.Eventually, I got some squatting shoes, but before I did that, I did get some different rubber wedge blocks that I like better than these for a similar price. These are better if you like that they are lighter weight and have the two different angles. The high angle is great for me though, so that part about these wedge blocks was not a big bonus for me.I would return them if I could but I don’t think they’re a bad option.

Impressive Quality and Value for the price
I purchased Zocosquat’s wedge block set to compliment my ankle physical therapy recovery. I am very impressed by the solid quality for the price. I look forward to updating this review as I recover and transition to my fitness routine.

    Great value
Use them quite a bit to work out the quads. I’m about 140lbs and use two 30lb dumbbells when using these. They don’t bend or invert.

    Game Changer for Leg Day
These are great. Adjustable height, solid stability and overall a great addition to varying your leg workouts. Hitting those leg muscles in different angles.

They work but could be better
They are good wedges but if I could suggest making the square parts deeper because they come apart easily and can cause injury if in middle of lift.

    So many activities!
I recently started physical therapy and one of the recommended exercises was to get a stretch using an angled block. I looked and found @zocosquat multi-use multi-pack. For the price, 5 stars. Builds and breaks apart easily to match your desired angle and range. It’s styrofoam, so really light and can take on vacation with you not having to worry about weighing your baggage down. There is a link or QR code to decides if you run out of stretch or work out ideas.I would give a 5 star rating if the product was environmentally conscious / sustainable. There’s got to be some alternative like cork board to consider in the future.

The material looks and feels like packing styrofoam that would not hold up to use. You could apply pressure with your fingers to dent it. I returned it without even taking the wrapping off.

Ayuda a disminuir la tensión en las rodillas. Usado como step es un poco inestable porque es un poco pequeño.
