product dimension as described. love it
the width of this slant board 7 inches is widely enough for my feet to rest on it; however I wish the length of the board is a little longer; other than that everything is good

Good for under a standing desk, overpriced
This is a good thing to keep under a standing desk, as long as you can be barefoot or are wearing shoes with good grip. It’s compact and you can get some calf stretches and ankle strengthening in. You could do squats too, but something a little heavier with a larger platform would probably work better. The rolling thing to work on ankles feels good if you can get it right, but also feels unsteady. I see that it’s now $9 less than what it was when I ordered it. For the hunk of foam you get it was exorbitantly overpriced then, and still seems expensive now. If you have a couple of very specific needs this will work for you.

Good product
Strong and sturdy. A little too steep for my needs but it works just the same and I use it regularly. Not big or bulky at all.

The More I Use This the More I Like It
This is wide enough to stand on it with both feet. I like the ridges that allow your feet to grip and not slide. At first I was using this just to stretch out my Achilles Tendons and to exercise my Tibialis muscles (check out online about all the good that can bring). That is using the 30 degree angle of the board, and the board works very well for those purposes.I could not in any way understand how this board could be used at a 55 degree angle as it was advertised. You can’t make it stand at that angle unless you prop it up against something and then you couldn’t stand on it. Well, I found out how to do that by mistake. I had my feet more towards the top of the board than the bottom and when I raised up on my toes for the Tibialis exercise I just kept on going, the board rolling over and my heels staying on the board. Surprise! Then I rolled back and said, “Ah, that’s what they are talking about!” Doing that exercise really puts your ankles through a wide range of motion. It’s good for your balance as well. I can imagine that if I keep doing this I will be able to do it without holding on to something while I do it. I’m not there yet, but I’m holding on a lot less than I was at first. The board has a rounded bottom on the back that designed to facilitate this roll to and fro. I like it, especially since I don’t have the best ankle mobility or strength. The board is made of some high density foam that doesn’t squeeze when you stand on it. It’s not smooth so it doesn’t slip. What it does do is pick up the little bits of dirt and hair on my floor! But they brush off, which is a good thing. There are no directions included in the package. Right on the sales site shows some of the things you can do with this. Exercising that includes balance training is especially important for older adults as the better balanced we are the less likely we (or anyone) is to fall.

Nice addition to my workout gear.
I got this initially to help with calf raises, but I’m not sure what I was thinking, because it doesn’t really work well for that. I’ve been using it while lifting as it describes and it’s a better use case. It is sturdy and solid and doesn’t feel like it’s going to collapse on me.
