Great vitamin!
Solgar Vitamin B6 25 mg is a fantastic supplement! It’s high-quality, easy to take, and supports overall health with just one tablet a day. I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels and improved mood since adding it to my routine. The tablets are small, making them easy to swallow, and the bottle lasts a long time, making it great value for the price. Solgar continues to impress with their reliable, well-formulated products!

Great for struggling first trimester mamas!
I’m currently in my first trimester of pregnancy and morning sickness hit straight away at 6 weeks. I’ve been waking up nauseous every morning and vomiting at least 2-3 times a week. My OBGYN told me to start adding some extra vitamin B6 supplements in addition to the prenatal vitamins i’m already taking. I’ve ordered from Solgar before and was happy with their product, so I decided to give these a go. After taking them I instantly saw improvements!! Obviously it did not completely eliminate my morning sickness, but It made it much easier to be able to stomach my breakfast without vomiting. These vitamins have been a game changer in my pregnancy and I’m so grateful I gave them a go! They have no weird taste, which is important for those struggling with constant nausea. They’re small and easy to swallow which is also great for those who hate swallowing huge pills. The bottle is pretty small, I’ll attach a photo of it in my hand for size reference. However, it comes with 100 vitamins which should last a while, so I think it’s worth it. All in all, these definitely improved my morning sickness symptoms and I 10/10 recommend to those struggling as well. It doesn’t hurt to try!

Works great
I needed this to bring my B6 levels back up. I struggle with getting enough B12 and B6. I am on weekly injections for B12. These worked great for bringing my levels back up, just had bloodwork done. They are easy to swallow, no after taste. I take alot of supplements so this is cost effective for me.

Take these for a great night’s sleep
For awhile I had some trouble sleeping because of low hormones. I am in my 40s. I was told I had low progesterone but I didn’t want to take hormones because of the cancer risks.I take half a pill each morning. Every since the first day, I am sleeping better and better. It took about a month for it to reach a full affect where I always sleep through the night now, even if I forget a pill.As for safety of Vitamin B6 I am cautious. I have never taken a whole pill. Also, I take a break here and there for a day or two. I did notice that the days I did not take half a pill, I didn’t sleep as well. So, I went back to taking it every day until I slept like a rock. I suspect I was low in Vitamin B6 and after a month maybe it was in range. I am on a gluten free diet. I eat meat almost every day. I had my blood levels checked and everything was in normal range (except progesterone which was low, and estrogen low as well, but not menopausal). There are some people posting they take 3 or 4 pills a day. I don’t think that is safe. I also don’t feel like it would be necessary for me.Once I took these in the afternoon and I didn’t sleep as well, maybe because Vitamin B6 is energizing to me. So, take cautious if you take it before bed. I don’t feel like that would work for me so I continue to take it in the morning. Everyone is different.

Low dose B6
I was tested for blood level B6, and tested at the very bottom of normal. My neurologist said I should take a supplement, going no higher than 50 mg. I like this supplement for 2 reasons. The first is that the pills come in a smaller dose of 25 mg, versus the frequently available 50 mg. I am being cautious because getting too high of a blood level B6 can cause nerve problems, which is the opposite of what I am trying to do. The second is that Solgar has a good reputation. The only drawbacks with this supplement are the cost, as well as the bottle not having cotton/similar substance inside to prevent the pills from jumbling about during transport. None of the pills appear broken so far, but they could have been because there is a lot of space in the bottle. But overall I am very satisfied.

Greatly aids in eliminating nausea in pregnant wife
Bought these to help fight my wife’s nausea during pregnancy. The store bought stuff is a complex and the dosages at the store are far too high. Since diclegis at the dose prescribed to us costs $1200/bottle without insurance, we bought this, meclizine, and a pill cutter. We’ve been cutting these pills in half and my wife takes a 12.5mg portion in the morning, along with two meclizine, and the other 12.5mg at night. For anyone wondering, diclegis is just a combination of two cheap OTC meds that some company combined into a single pill and marked the price way, way up on.This works wonders. We’ve tried literally all other recommendations made by doctors and nurses and nothing was ending my wife’s suffering (really intense dry-heaving 3-4 times per day). After hearing stories about diclegis being the new wonder pill for pregnant women, we gave this a shot and it worked perfectly.
