…but who’s to say supplement really work? Since I’ve been taking a good variety of vitamins for over 50 years now, I can say the quality of my health is excellent compared to most guys my age. Amazon was out of my Ester-C and was recommending this brand and type. So far so good.

I was first introduced to Solgar vitamins in a health food store 30+ years ago.
