they make my morning sickness that much worse. it’s a struggle to keep them down
these smell so awful, they make my morning sickness that much worse. it’s a struggle to keep them down, and then the smell is on my hands for hours, so i start gagging at the office when i smell it. switched to nighttime to take, seems better. i feel these smell worse than the ones i took during my last pregnancy a year and a half ago.despite the smell, these are the best ones that i found, and despite gagging and fighting to get the m down (new development with this pregnancy, didn’t happen with the previous 2) these are the best ones i’ve found. i tried a lot of different ones the first time around, most i would throw up within 20 minutes, water and then powdered “health dust”…not fun. so gross.

Great pre-natal!
Great prenatal. It’s been very helpful before and during pregnancy. It does have iron in it. So taking it with food helps ease the stomach upset. It’s made from wholesome ingredients and the company has a good reputation. Very happy with all of the supplements I’ve used from them so far.

Yes, they smell AWFUL
But this is, hands down, the best prenatal I’ve taken. It didn’t cause nausea/stomach pain and I could take them on an empty stomach. I love that they’re food based. A+

Made me sick often. Smell and taste bad.
Worst vitamins I have ever taken. Made me vomit so many times shortly after taking. I am not pregnant and I started taking these for the iron so morning sickness is not a possibility for the cause of vomiting. I started taking this prenatal vitamin about 6 weeks ago after the prenatal I usually take was discontinued. I started vomiting 2-3 days a week which is highly unusual so I started to take note of when it occurred and noticed it would always occur within 45 minutes of taking this vitamin even when I took it with a full meal. This vitamin would make me so nauseous that I would often end up vomiting quite a lot at one time and feeling sick for a few hours after. This vitamin also smells and tastes very fishy and that alone is very unappealing. I’ve had to throw these away and would rather take no vitamins at all than these.

Good dose prenatal
I like these prenatal vitamins. I’ve been using them for over a year and a half. Yes, they have a little funky taste–like fish to me, but it’s gone as soon as you swallow the vitamin–no after taste, at least for me. Wish it had a good dose of magnesium in it (it only has 5mg-1% RDA), so I just supplement it. They are about $11 cheaper here on Amazon compared to my local health food store. (I only looked online for them, because my local health food store stopped selling them).*Note* Taking a prenatal in the morning for me, really upset my tummy…I take them in the evening and now they don’t bother me…stomach filled up with food by the end of the day I guess. Thought I’d mention that in case someone else has this problem too. 😉

If you are nauseous easily read below
I purchased these vitamins since I am still nursing and my prescription for prenatal vitamins has ended. I love that I can take only one vitamin and have all of the vitamins I need for the day. So many other vitamins require multiple to met the serving size.I am not currently pregnant, but if I were I don’t know that I would be able to take these vitamins. The reason being, they have a strange smell when you open the bottle and take the pill. I don’t know how to describe it, but chalk/hay scented. When I was pregnant I was nauseous and light headed and had a weak stomach. I’m not sure I would have been able to take this. For me now It’s not my favorite scent, but I can take it just fine. For the quality and price I like these vitamins and will continue taking the bottle I purchased and will probably buy another bottle.

Great prenatals! I wish they could change the taste & smell of them though.
These pretty much taste like death, but they’re really healthy to take for your baby, so to me, it’s worth it. They have lots of folic acid and essential vitamins/ingredients. They’re the best ones I’ve been able to find, but don’t take them on an empty stomach, or they might make you pretty nauseated. They’re not too bad if you swallow them with juice or something that can help hide the taste, or eat something else right after you swallow them to get rid of the taste. If they could change the smell and taste of these, they’d be perfect. It really is so bad. Lol

Hands down best I’ve tried
Wonderful prenatal! Highly recommend🙌🏻Slight odor that takes a little to get used to. The pill shape is small enough and not chalky which makes taking during pregnancy quite helpful!!
