No more pills
Update: Got blood work today and my potassium levels are normal now after be low for over a month. So they are working for me. I took a star away because the gummies stick to each other and can be tricky to remove from container.These taste great and are an easy ways to get my potassium.I hate those huge pills and if you ever tasted the liquid potassium, we’ll you would understand.

I’ve been taking these for one month and see improvement in digestion and leg cramping. The recommended dosage is 2 per day. Spreading out the dosage feels right for me, one taken midday and one before bed.They’re sweetened with stevia. I like avoiding processed sugar and the flavor is mild, the texture is soft. They may be more quickly absorbed than tablets. Tablets cost less, but the improved bio-availability and convenience make them an appealing choice.

Pleasant added benefit
I have taken potassium supplements for years. It seems to help me with overnight leg cramps. While it has helped with the leg cramps. I also noticed that this formulation seems to lower night time bath room visits. This contributes to a more restful sleep. I am going to monitor this, and if it continues, I will continue the softbear Potassium Chloride Gummies in my regimen.

Arrived stuck together, other than that seem okay
These potassium gummies come in two bottles that at first appearance seem well packaged, however both of my bottles appear to have been ruined slightly at some point as most of the gummies are stuck together. I tried sticking my fingers in there and breaking them apart but could only get a few to fall out, the rest is one solid mass that will require more work to break apart. I’m including a picture where you can see the bottle upside down with all of them congealed together and not falling out.The gummies themselves have maybe a slight orange or citrus flavor. They’re sugar free and use Stevia instead, though the packaging says they’re still 3 carbs per serving of 2 gummies.Maybe I just got unlucky and mine were slightly melted in transit, YMMV.

Love the flavor
Soft and chewy as expected. The pineapple flavor is really good, they are not too sweet. When I first opened them the gummies were separated, but it seem each day the remaining ones become more stuck together. I guess the closing seal is not very good once opened. Best way to get your potassium intake.

These potassium gummies have a delicious and fresh pineapple flavor. I also enjoy the soft texture that makes them easy to chew. They dissolve quickly without sticking to may teeth. The two bottles arrived well sealed with an expiration date of 11/26. Each bottle contains a 30 day supply. I like that they’re suitable for kids and adults.These contain a good amount of potassium- 25% daily value in 2 gummies which is 1,200mg of potassium chloride. I find this is a sufficient amount to prevent muscle cramps and fatigue after I swim for a long time. They are sugar free, though they still have 12 calories per serving. I appreciate they’re vegan, organic, and certified. The only slight problem is that they clump together in the jar. But a knife helps get them out. It’s just the nature of these organic gummies to stick together. Recommended.
