    Best budget wedge
    When I purchased this, I was skeptical as to how effective it would be. For reference, I squat 400+. I state this as I wasn’t too keen on having something that might slip with that amount of weight. The wedge performs fantastically.This particular unit was the least expense for its size, but made of the same material as nearly identical models that cost more. My thighs, and to my surprise, my calves are currently burning from wonderfully executed squats. I didn’t even notice that I didn’t have my weight belt on until 5 sets in. If you’re looking to up your squat game, then you will not regret adding this to your workout repertoire.

    Foam elevate wedge
    Great for squat and even deadlift. I was little worried about how strong it would be but it is solid. Doesn’t sink or anything. I bought one tried it for a month and got another. My clients that are working on there hip and ankle mobility love it so far.

    We purchased this for our indoor gym and it is amazing. Not only for squats- which, let me tell you takes the strain off of your knees and you feel it all on your quads and glutes, but you can use it inverted for your bent over deadlifts, what a workout for your hammies!

    Light weight and works well. Two different angles for a good stretch. Doesn’t compress very much at all and easy to throw in the corner when you aren’t using it.
