A good buy
This product was recommended by a physical therapist, and it works exactly as he said it would. No other product or exercise can stretch the Achilles tendon like this one. And it’s very sturdy with a reasonable price.

Good quality board but not for users with below average ankle mobility or calf flexibility
Overall, the board is sturdy, well-made, and comes with a useful exercise and stretching guide. I would not, however, recommend this board for people who do not already have reasonably decent ankle mobility or calf flexibility. The starter angle is likely too steep for individuals like me, who have chronically tight heel cords and poor ankle mobility. I had to work my way up to the lowest angle setting, but the average person will probably be fine.

Very well made at an excellent price!
This is a great incline board. Very sturdy and easy to carry around and set up. I feel safe doing my stretches on it.

Great stretch accessory
I have recently started working out and bought this to stretch my calf muscles. This is great. Its wooden and has a strong anti-slip board to keep you from falling. The slant angle is adjustable. The best thing is that it neatly folds and can be tucked away in a corner

Good
Pretty good build quality and feels very sturdy. Has good grip so you stay planted on it very well, and the lowest setting is not too high so you can get a good stretch even if your calves are super tight

Not as solid or sturdy as I’d like
Using this on carpeting is dicey, just that bit of give makes the whole thing try and tip for your first step. Also, despite being under the 300lbs capacity, I heard a crunch on first use and found a crack in the wood. Hopefully it lasts at least a month. The screws on the long hinge aren’t even all the way in, the heads are all up 1-2mm from the hinge. Very poor quality.
