It makes a difference in how I feel – energy, mental clarity, and overall mood.I’ve been using it for several weeks now. I put a pea sized amount on the end of a stainless steel chopstick and put it under my tongue. It dissolves without me even having to taste it, which is a good thing bc it tastes terrible. Why ruin a perfectly good cup of coffee or tea with this when you can just get it over with plus, not taste it.There are other brands out there that are more, or less, expensive but after researching I’m glad I went with this product. It’s effective and a good value.

After doing a bunch of research, and testing both the pill form, and this here, the TAR form of Shilajit, the TAR I found to be the only form that actually works, the pill form in my opinion are useless. Great marketing, but useless. lol I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better and have more energy through the day as a result obviously. I couldn’t find a reasonable way to ingest it online, SO what I do, is just turn on my Keurig, run 8 oz of water through it to heat the water up, then just run the water over the amount of Shilajit I use every day that they have you place on the stick into my cup. I also add 2 packs of Coco and one scoop of Cacao and you can’t even taste the Shilajit. Just a Great Product I believe to enhance our daily health. – BC

Update after reorder: like my original review said, the first batch was amazing. I reordered and what I got was thin, runny, less potent, and has a sweet aftertaste. The order was from the exact same manufacture and expiration date, but they are not the same. Something fishy is going on here.Original review: I have tried 8-10 different types of shilajit/mumio products and this is the best one yet.In my experience, the Himalayan is better than the Altai, and this brand of Himalayan is potent and leaves no solid residues in the glass. It’s the only brand I’ve used that I wasn’t suspicious of the ingredients. It seems pure and wholesome. I hope it is, because I plan on using shilajit for the rest of my life.
