This Liquid Spanish Moss Is A Supplement That I Wanted To Try For Its’ Possible Benefits…
This Beworths Liquid Sea Moss for me is a brand new supplement that I’ve never heard much about until I came across this Amazon listing. As I understand it this Sea Moss supplement can be acquired in either on Amazon as a liquid or capsule form but for this liquid brand their Supplement Facts as noted on their box recommends 2 ml daily and the dropper that comes in the bottle is marked in .25, .50, .75 and 1 ml increments. It appears easy to use by just ingesting it straight from the dropper or after adding it to water, tea, juice, shakes, basically any liquids or even adding it to your favorite foods. Personally I mixed mine with some black tea and couldn’t pick up any extra taste from this new liquid supplement and so far it appears to be well tolerated by me.From the what the manufacturer states about this supplement it also contains from 92 to 102 different minerals, vitamins and nutrients. Along with the Irish Sea Moss I’m impressed with their other beneficial fruits and herbal ingredients listed such as the black seed oil, black elderberry, soursop leaves & fruits, ashwagandha, burdock root, and bladderwrack.As with any dietary supplement no one can guarantee the benefits that will come from taking their supplements but with the long list of beneficial ingredients in this Beworths Liquid Sea Moss supplement I know that their are a number of possible benefits from taking this supplement so I’m willing to give this one a try and knowing that their ingredients and manufacturing process are done within a GMP facility which has manufacturing guidelines and regulations as set up by the FDA then I can be assured of the quality, safety and consistency of the ingredients as listed on this product.

I have consumed sea moss for about 4 or 5 years now. It went from making your own sea moss gel to buying capsules and drops.Drops are my favorite.These drops are concentrated. It shows 500 mg of Irish sea moss but reading closer it reads the sea moss is a concentrate. It is equivalent to 10,000 mg of Irish sea moss.One of the things that have changed over the years, a supplement no longer contains just sea moss or just sea moss, burdock and bladderwrack. Now it contains and assortment of supplements. I learned through my experience with herbs to read and research herbs and supplements I am not familiar with. I cannot take every herb because of its effects on me. Others I can take occasionally but not everyday.I learned to look at the supplement facts over the product page title. Not always are the herbs listed in the main title.I began consuming sea moss as a vitamin and as a way to see if my digestion would feel better. I continued taking them because I did feel better and my digestion is definitely better. In trying out these sea moss drops, I found I felt the same. This is a good thing.I am happy with these drops.

Contains Ashwagandha
This product contains Ashwagandha, or in the Indian language “horse sweat”. As far as I know, Ashwagandha is used in Ayurveda. But it has nothing to do with Irish Sea Moss, I don’t know if they can be combined and what the reaction is between the extracts of these plants when mixed together. I think you should be careful with this product.

Might help your wellness, but that comes at a price
Let’s not sugar coat it: these drops are kind of musty-tasting, like some random plant you might find in the wild. You might dare to eat it if you were starving, but you wouldn’t voluntarily eat it otherwise.To be fair, it wasn’t exactly bad tasting, just not especially good. They do sort of taste like they’re good for you, if that makes any sense. I can’t claim to have done a controlled experiment, but I did generally feel healthy and robust, perhaps even a bit more so, after trying these for a while.
