I seem to feel far more energetic when I take the supplement versus when I do not. It is a noticeable difference for me. Very sweet elderberry flavor. Overall good buy.

Its OK, not the greatest
The ingredient list on this product gave me a bit of hesitation because I saw “etc.” and “protein” without specifying a source. I am a vegetarian so I need to know where the protein is coming from and what is this etc thing? The product is not made in USA so to have some faith, the least the manufacturer could do is to list out the ingredients list clearly. Overall, it is fine but there are other made in the USA supplements that could help you sleep in night more peacefully knowing what you are putting in your body.

Having had half my thyroid removed due to Hashimoto’s disease, I am always looking for ways to boost my remaining thyroid’s effectiveness. This claims to give “Thyroid support,” as well as “Immunity Booster” and “Digestive Support.” I cannot attest scientifically to the true efficacy of these claims, as I have no laboratory or controls to truly measure it. However, if we take the ingredients’ claims at face-value, this is a fine supplement.The label says it has no added sugar (or soy, dairy, yeast, gluten or additives), but something in it is quite sweet. That makes it easy and even pleasant to take. It comes in a glass bottle, with a glass dropper. If this is what we need, this is a good product.

I take a dropper of this each day in my coffee for the health benefits. I don’t notice any extra flavor in the coffee but appreciate any benefits it is giving me and would recommend it.
