This stuff is pretty good. I don’t know the caffeine content because it does not say on the container also in the description it says 420 mg but if you look at the pictures, it says 200 mg so I’m not sure what’s going on with that and how much caffeine is actually in it But I have used it. It works well without the jitters or crash.

Usually, berry or apple tasting supplements (creatine, pre-workout, protein, etc.) are pretty bad. But for some reason, I wasn’t put off by this apple taste.The great thing: It’s just a minuscule scoop, smaller than a thimble. So, you’re not slamming down a massive amount of junk.At first, the caffeine seemed gentle. But it did catch up to me eventually. Even so, I’ve had some of those brain-frying pre-workout drinks that seem to rely only on their massive caffeine content, and this is not like that. It’s still fairly on the low side (which is good).I’d probably get this again but I would try another flavor.

Good pre-workout…
Been taking pre-workouts for energy for 20 + years…I go through alot just trying to find a decent one that doesn’t give me bad side effects. Not easy because I’m extremely picky. My current favorite that I always reorder is SPARK energy…But this one is definitely a keeper and might become my #1. Time will tell, but I’m definitely liking this one. The paradise flavor tastes great…Try it, you will like it. It’s kind of reminiscent of the old jacked3d but of course not as great…
