Great quality
I am impressed with the packaging, quality of ropes, weight resistance labeling on the soft handles, and ability to hook in doorway or on a bar. The boxes come with suggested exercise guides, too. I got these to help with my PT exercises on days I’m not at the clinic. I showed them to my PTs and they were very impressed with how high quality they are. I had to return the two pairs with higher weight resistance that I originally bought, as they were geared for a serious athlete level. The company made it extremely simple to do so.
