Great walking pad with Excellent customer service!
Needed something that would fit in our very small apartment because I just had surgery and walking was strongly suggested as part of my recovery. I looked for several weeks trying to find one that was reasonably priced and would fit my frame. This was a nice selection! It’s worked out perfectly in our small space. It was super easy to set up. And it’s quiet, which I was worried about since we have neighbors below us. It did slip every once in a while but the instructions are very clear how to fix it. It’s just a matter of getting it ‘calibrated’, so to speak. We didn’t receive the remote, but I contacted the company by email and received an immediate response and the remote is on it way. I can’t tell you how awesome their customer service is… absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced!I definitely recommend purchasing this item.

Good Value Walking Pad
Overall for the value I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It supports up to 300 lbs, goes up to 6 MPH. Although I do wonder if it’s really going that fast because I can speed walk at 6 MPH and I feel like I can’t do that on a gym Treadmill. The machine was turning itself on randomly so now I press the red button to turn it fully off when I’m done using it. It was super easy to set up. I’m fine without it having an incline. The only other downside is there is no way to pause the machine if you want to hop off quickly and back on. The slowest speed is 0.8 MPH.

Easy assemble. 5’2 and the belt is long enough at #5 setting to break a sweat after 30 min session.
2 months in and have no complaints. It was easy to assemble, works well. I didn’t have to adjust the belt when I first received it and so far so good. I wish there as a pause function but that’s not a deal breaker for me. The size is perfect for my space but space isn’t a real issue for me as I don’t live in a small space. I’m 5’2 and have no issue with the the belt being too short or narrow. I can walk at a nice pace when set at 5 and break a sweat at the end of a 30 min session. Never went higher than that. The belt is a bit warm afterward so I’m not sure how long this unit will last long-term.

Lightweight and functional!
I’m a bigger person, badly needing a reason to have no excuses….this was it. Machine is not huge and bulky, light enough to easily move. Remote helps when the little one also wants to run while supervised. Doesn’t feel like it’ll give out with stress and running, pretty solid build. Would be nice if the walk/run presets were customizable though. I didn’t realize how slow 3 mph is walking is until this came about. It also has the magnetic function the works perfectly too.

Good Walking Pad
Perfect for indoor walking, easy to set up, doesn’t take up much room. I keep it set up, haven’t tried to fold it away. The front handle is comfortable to hold if you’re unsteady like me and the ledge is handy for your phone or Kindle. Very pleased!

Sturdy, good up to 300 lbs, wide belt, budget friendly
I’ve only had it for 4 days and so far so good. I am 250 lbs, 66 yes old, and fits me just fine and is sturdy. The belt is nearly 16 inches wide so people with a wide stance (like me) will be comfortable walking on it. I wanted the bar for stability. Easy to unbox and setup and use. My two adult children have been using it daily too. We are very grateful to be able to get some exercise without leaving the house. It is 25 degrees Farenheit here today, Jan 3. We leave it setup in our guest bedroom so I can’t comment on storage. I have zero buyers remorse, only grateful I found it. Additionally, I have bone on bone arthritis in both knees so it was important to be able to get off and on by myself and walk on it with a normal stride, and it has met all my requirements.

UPDATED: Just what I needed, but the bluetooth is super janky, no Android app support.
UPDATE 2: I removed another star from my review because I still can’t figure out why I’m getting phantom button presses, I can’t disable bluetooth on the treadmill, and now the app isn’t even available anymore. I thought maybe keeping it connected would prevent the problems. I couldn’t connect to the treadmill through the app, so I uninstalled it thinking I could re-install and try re-connecting. NOPE. The app is no longer in the Google Play Store. Wah wah. It’s a shame really, because otherwise this would be a pretty decent treadmill.UPDATE: I’ve had the treadmill for nearly a month and the return window is about to close. I use it daily and no major issues. I did remove one star from my review because of Bluetooth issues. I’m experiencing phantom button presses (stop, increase speed, decrease speed). Sometimes once an hour, other times every 5-10 minutes. I use the treadmill in my home office, and the problems are almost certainly due to the poor Bluetooth implementation. It’s getting confused by signals from other nearby devices, like my wireless (non-bluetooth) mouse and wifi router. The one time I tried turning everything off, the issue seemed to go away, but it’s not tenable to do that on a regular basis. The whole point of an under-desk treadmill is to work while I’m walking. None of my other devices have interference problems, so I’m assuming it’s just a shoddy implementation.———-I’ve been wanting a walking pad for my home office for a while and finally bit the bullet and bought this one, since it can accommodate my weight, got pretty good reviews, and seemed to have a long enough walking surface for a tall guy like me. I’m 6’1″ and this treadmill gives me more than enough space for a comfortable walking stride. I doubt I’ll be running on it, but walking is no problem! I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality, quiet operation, and ease of use and setup. If that changes, I’ll definitely update my review. I’m hoping to use it daily.Setup was super easy. The only thing that wasn’t clear is that the belt won’t start unless the emergency stop magnet is attached to the center of the arm. In the manual there’s no mention of the red magnet/cord/clip that was included. The spot where it attaches is labeled “Phone Holder” in the manual. Intuitive, eh? The manual is written in very broken English but is adequate aside from this one omission. With the arm folded down, I can easily slide the unit under my standing desk to use while I’m working. Now to see if I can walk and chew gum at the same time LOL.

It’s a bare bones treadmill that is quiet, easy to use, it has simple functions and it’s space saving! I’m 6’1, 285 lbs and find it perfect for indoor walking. I will update the review in a few months.

Great product. Not bulky and does not take up a lot of room. We were looking for something similar to a treadmill but didn’t want a big machine for our space. This does the job.

I purchased this unit as a replacement for one that burned out. It arrived on January 31st, 2025, and I used it regularly while working, tracking 196.34 km on Strava. Unfortunately, after just a couple of weeks, it started acting erratically. For reference, I’m 6’2″ and 250 lbs, so I’m well within the weight capacity of most treadmills. Despite this, today the unit displayed an E05 error, and smoke started coming out of it—I had to quickly take it outside to avoid smoking out my office. Very disappointing for a product that should last much longer.Tried to return it, but Amazon requires the original box—who keeps treadmill boxes lying around? Now I’m stuck with a defective unit that’s barely been used. Not impressed.Would not recommend.
