I got up to three drops before I started experiencing nerve pain in my foot. I thought I was crazy so I stopped taking it, then started again. Same thing, same spot. It took about a month to go away after I stopped taking it. I didn’t notice any benefits for me for taking it. Just the numb foot.I recommend starting with a small amount and building up.
