I have been ordering this for my 80+ parents. Their doctor looked at the ingredients and said all of them looked good, gave us thumbs up. I dk if it works or not, but my parents say it does help them. I dont think my dad’s memory improved but it definitely did not get worse. I would like to think that this supplement helps.
