Quality and strength is awesome! I’m able to do versatile work outs with each different band and stays in place every time. Easy to use and stores easy with the bag it came with. Been using them outside on pull up bar and have shown zero wear from being outside and still very stretchable

Doing their job
These are nice bands. I’m trying to get myself back in shape after not only an injury but then an illness. These are nice ways for me to just anytime I want around the house pop out a band and do a little exercise. They seem sturdy enough and are working fine. Time will tell about their longevity but they’re inexpensive enough that if they break down after a year or two I won’t mind buying new ones

I bought these to use at the gym because every time I go, someone else already has them. They seem like the quality is good and they arr easy to use. The length is perfect, I use the purple one (not in picture) on the treadmill to help me keep my balance without holding on to the machine.
