Had a broken seal on a bottle, so I requested a refund, and Amazon refunded. No big deal. However, the company received info that I had a problem with an order and proactively contacted me to find out what was wrong and if there was anything they could do to help. I explained what happened, told them Amazon refunded already, and it was no big deal, these things happen. They sent me another bottle at no charge just for the inconvenience! Wow! It didn’t do anything for me or my 91-year-old grandmother. I was hoping for miracles… I have an almost full bottle if anyone wants them!!I initially ordered a bottle for myself and my 91-year-old grandmother. She has severe arthritis in her hands, and I have arthritis in my knees. I read so many wonderful things about the health benefits, I thought, I’ll give it a try. She got hers first and after two weeks she fibbed and said that they were helping some. I received mine the next day and started taking them. After a month, I asked if they were still working for her because I couldn’t tell any difference. She then fessed up that they had not given her the relief she had hoped for and the pills were almost impossible for her to take. I told her if they weren’t helping there was no need to suffer trying to get them down! She hates wasting money – even if it’s mine lol.To my surprise and shock and delight – the company reached out to me. Since I was not 100% satisfied with this product they refunded me completely. I’ve been ordering from Amazon well over 10 years. I’ve been a prime member for at least 5 years. I’ve spent over 10K in a one year period on Amazon products. This is the first Seller that reached out to me and offered to make me 100% satisfied. They truly stand behind their products 100%! You have absolutely nothing to lose by trying their products.There is no doubt that any future purchases for vitamins and supplements will be from this company! My 83-yr-old mom used to complain that she hurt from the top hair on her head to the bottom of her feet and every atom in between. I started giving her Turmeric + Bioprene 4 months ago in other brands. We did virtually immediately see improvement in her memory, her clarity, and less pain. But I’ve continued to watch for higher mgs because Mom already takes 30 different meds/OTC pills each day, so I wanted the biggest punch for the least number of capsules, so as to not add to the 30. This Renew double strength Turmeric + Bioprene is my latest purchase. Mom has been using it one month. We continue to see very positive responses (memory/clarity/joint pain) with the bonus that she has to take fewer capsules because this one has a higher mgs/capsule. Will definitely continue to purchase.

Same as store with less cost

I started giving these to my husband in with his regular pills without telling him what they were for. After a few weeks I asked him how his joints had been lately and he said they had been really good. His brother takes turmeric and can’t get in and out of his work truck without them. I had been using them for Fibromyalgia and hadn’t notice a huge difference but continued to take them as I felt they had to be helping…. until … this last batch we got was quite a different colour (which I’m sure is normal) but the problem is they are really bothering my stomach. I have been taking them for months and it wasn’t until we started with this batch that they are bothering my stomach badly – so sadly today i have stopped taking them as it seems they are the culprit.
