Pretty great stuff; impressive.
Wanted to change up from my usual C4 Sport so I tried this product. I am impressed! I was taking two servings of C4 before my workouts but this Total War, all I need is one.First, the undesirables – the flavor was a bit of a surprise that first morning, it reminded me of Pina Coladas. And I have learned to wait about 15 minutes after brushing my teeth before gunning a serving down; that whole Orange juice and mouthwash thing LOL! It also has the un-desolved, white stuff and most mornings, approximately 20 minutes after consuming a serving, the toilet has to be close by, which usually isn’t a problem because that’s how long it takes me to arrive to the gym!Now the good- about ten minutes for me, the tingling sets in, which is perfect because that the time it takes to get to the gym! My workouts have definitely improved. Just as the company claims, more focus, more reps, more energy! And it also makes time pass quicker it seems; before I realize it, it’s time to head out and get the workday started. Believe it or not, the energy and focus seem to last me through the morning and into the afternoon. On weekends, I find myself stay in the gym a lot longer than I did in the past.In conclusion, yeah, it has its pros and cons, every pre-workout does and some people rate it low, while others rate it high, it’s all a matter of opinion. I for one, really like this product and will be ordering it again soon and will recommend it to anyone!

Amazing Stuff
I was never into pre-workouts, but one day, I bought a premixed bottle of this stuff to try it. I read the label and decided it would be best to drink it when I did not have to work the next day (Friday). Because of my schedule, I work out at night. After drinking it the first time, I knew this was special. The stuff tasted amazing. I had the absolute best and most hardcore workout I’ve had in a while. The amount of energy and alertness I got was second to none. I exploded with each rep. I felt like I was Superman. There was a bit of jitteriness (as with supplements with a lot of caffeine in them), but it was worth it. I bought a few more bottles and decided it was time to get the powder form as it was much cheaper.

Chunks and salty
Have been using this brand for years and always loved the options available. Got a new jar last week and it tasted like straight salt with a hint of pineapple that was unbearable to drink. Figured I just got a bad shipment and ordered another one but this one arrived with chunks of preworkout in it that don’t dissolve in the water. The salt taste wasn’t as strong but still not pleasant at all. Will unfortunately be searching for a new brand after back to back terrible experiences. From the other reviews it seems like this is the new normal which makes me wonder if they swapped suppliers/fulfillment centers.

Good pump, horrible tasting!
Other than the awful flavors this is a pretty good pre workout. I’ve tried another flavor as well but neither actually tasted good. They don’t mix well in your shaker bottle with water even if you use warm water. Bad after taste and it’s chalky in your mouth.

Tastes more like cotton candy than a Vice
For function, this is a 5-star product. All of Redcon1’s Total War products are, in my opinion. However, for TASTE, this one is odd. Flavors that are advertised as pineapple, coconut, and strawberry somehow taste like cotton candy. Though weird, and totally not the flavor I was expecting, I have to say, it’s not unpleasant. I started mixing it half and half with their Mango Madness flavor and now I actually love it!

Me gustó mucho la energía que da y no da bajón después de uso. Lo único que me gustaría es un poco más de beta alanine y que no suelte tanto polvo cuando lo estoy preparando(me haze estornudar). El sabor también es muy bueno si te gusta la piña colada.

Strongest pre-workout effect on me out of any I have tried in the last 7 years. Not personally a fan of this flavour…kind of spicy. But bought a different flavour and it’s great.

I recently tried this pre-workout supplement, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The flavor was so unbearable that I couldn’t even finish the drink. Not only was it unpleasant to taste, but it also caused discomfort in my stomach, leading to disturbances that hindered my workout rather than enhancing it. I would not recommend this product based on my personal experience.

The product delivered is not in proper powder form.Don’t buy it from here as Amazon does not ensure the quality of the product.I have been using redcon from few years now. It’s an amazing pre workout. However due to improper storage the powder has into hard lumps and it’s not as effective as it’s supposed to be. This my third pre workout that I have received which has lumps. (All different brands ). Something definitely wrong with storage.Note:: you can’t return this so don’t buy it.
