I Would Recommended to Friends and Family
I’ve been taking these for months and they work really well. The DHA fish oil leaves no fishy taste. You can sometimes smell it when you open the bottle, but it has a faint scent of orange oil with it, and if you do burp, that’s what you taste. It is very seldom, it’s really rare that I taste it. The vitamin does not upset my stomach- even if I take it without eating. I have borne and nursed two healthy, beautiful boys on this vitamin and just added the DHA this past year for my 2nd pregnancy. I have to take a supplement for vitamin D to get what I need, and the DHA fish oil helps with absorption. As far as I can tell, this vitamin pack provides all I need to support a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy and years of breastfeeding. If I skip doses, I feel a difference after one day in my energy levels. I once recommended Rainbow Light Women’s One a day to a co-worker who had a sensitive stomach. She likes them, too. According to my experience, Rainbow Light makes good quality products. Also, this one arrived to me on a hot day with a heat index of 107 degrees farhenheit. Amazon had packed it with refrigerated packs so the DHA fish oil wouldn’t melt. The product was not damaged at all. I will buy again!

Good prenatals for a good price.
I’m on my 8th pregnancy and I’ve struggled to find a prenatal that was affordable yet worked for me. This one doesn’t make me nauseous and the probiotic in it helps keep me regular whereas most vitamins with iron cause back up issues in the gut. It is a large pill, but I don’t find it difficult to handle. I don’t get an aftertaste from the vitamin or the omega fish pill. The omega pill is actually very easy to get down with no fishy taste or smell. I recommend these vitamins.

Great Product
Very good. Food based nutrients. Superior quality. Easy on the stomach. Pills are a little large, but nothing an adult can’t handle.

Made a switch, glad I did!
My last prenatal vitamins were nature’s made and they had too much iron for me. I had a lot of tummy problems so I decided to switch. Saw this at target and saw that it has probiotics. Gave it a try and my tummy problems got better. Then I noticed Amazon had it and it was cheaper. My only problems is that you have to take 2 separate pills and the fish oil one taste like how an aquarium smells. As long as you have it with food and a good chaser it is not that bad.

My favorite!!
Absolutely LOVE these prenatal vitamins!! Started out with some basic ones from the store and just didn’t feel like I was getting enough out of them while I was pregnant with my first child. I saw a mom I follow on IG said she swore by these, and never had morning sickness, while she took these with all 4 of her kids so I decided to switch since these had a lot more vitamins in them.. And they seemed to be great! I took them the entire pregnancy and while I was breastfeeding and never had any issues. I never had morning sickness either, cannot say if these helped with that or not. But if I get pregnant again I will absolutely be taking these Rainbow Light vitamins again!

Great So Far!
So far these PNV’s have been pretty good, but I have to preface by saying that I’m not actually pregnant yet. I like that these vitamins are all natural, food based, and with digestive support. I also like how it has the recommended amount of folic acid. It is gentle enough that I’ve been able to take it without food, unlike One-A-Day Women’s Multivitamins (non-prenatal) that make you feel ill if you take them on an empty stomach. I can’t comment on whether it makes me nauseous when I’m pregnant, since I’m not, but if you’re in the camp of people who are taking PNV’s to prepare yourself for pregnancy, then it’s worth trying. The DHA pills are fairly large, and there’s some sort of orange smelling capsule they put in that container to make them smell better. They smell and taste like oranges, and at least they are smooth in shape so they go down a little easier. What I’ve realized is that after a short while, I have some nasty burps. I wouldn’t say they taste like fish, but they’re not pleasant. I’ve been taking these with Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme Optima, 90-Count Vcaps, so one of these 3 pills is the culprit, but I haven’t separated out which one causes the burps or if it’s all of them.I do have to say that I wish the DHA was somehow incorporated into the PNV, but I don’t know if that’s impossible or if it will result in a less effective product. I find it a little cumbersome to remember to take both, but I guess that’s just something I’ll have to be more disciplined about, so I can’t fault the company for that. One thing to note, and sorry if this is TMI, but these pills result in extremely yellow/green urine, no matter how much water you’re drinking. However, I know that it is because of one of the vitamins or something in there, so it’s not unusual, but just don’t be surprised if it looks like Shrek’s piss.
