Work out posters
Like them very much, not to big and not to small 18×24. I am mounting them on poster board do they will stand up by themselves. Nice quality, excellent price & quick delivery. Great product and good reminders. 🤗👍

Love the devil-sided posters. Excellent for working out, and so many options. Like that they are laminated and easy to roll up and move. Wonderful addition to any home gym.

Good workouts poor planning on layout
I like that I can look at these for inspiration and ideas but they are double sided so I’d have to un tack them and flip over every time I want to see the other side. It would be better if it was 4 separate posters

Good for some variety…..pictures could be a bit more detailed….still worth the price
It opened up some variety I hadn’t thought of with the Weider home gym….but the diagrams weren’t as easy to make sense of as I would have hoped.
