High potency formula, high dose quercetin makes me dizzy
Great product, very strong formula. I started using this a couple weeks ago to combat my MCAS symptoms and chronic migraines. Was taking it every day in the morning, although this high potency formula started giving me wicked vertigo, I’ve been reading that high doses of quercetin can do this to certain individuals. Be careful with this supplement.

great combo of ingredients
I am very happy with these…as they check a lot of boxes. So firstly they are made in the US, in a suburb outside Dallas, TX. and they are also relatively clean with only 1 additional ingredient, being “Vegetable Capsule (Plant Cellulose)” so its free of lots of other common additives that a fair amount of supplements have.But mainly..its just a realy good blend. As Vitamin C and Quercetin are I believe very good for your immune system, and I have been recommended to take Quercetin by my dr. You get a nice dose of both, with 1,000mg each (1,111% Daily Value for Vitamin C) so I like to take these on occasion to give my immune system a nice boost. I also really like how it has Bromelain as that has numerous health benefits, one being that it is good at preventing blood clots, so that is something I like to take as well. The only bad thing for me is that I think i read bromelain could have some interactions, so I dont know if I want to take Bromelain every day…but I definitely want to take some on occasion to help prevent blood clots. And the other ingredients are excellent for immune support so…its a great combo with lots of health benefits. One other minor negative is I like to see where stuff is actually made, and I couldnt see any photos of the actual business/manufacturing place, but they do seem to be a reputable company and it is made in the USA, so I am confident in the safety aspect. Overall…would definitely recommend.

Nice mix of just a few supplement ingredients
I have a plethora of health conditions and I expect that I will benefit quite a bit from the Quercetin, Bromelain and Vitamin C. I like that this isn’t a ton of supplements in one capsule so that I stand a better chance of knowing whether certain things help me or not. And perhaps best of all is that this is made in the USA! The exterior of the bottle was sealed and then the interior had another seal to protect the integrity of the product. I think it will take more than a few weeks to see if this actually helps me or not. It is important to know that one of the ingredients may or may not help with blood cots so it’s something you might want to discuss with your dr, especially if you are going to have surgery like I will in the near future. I have to stop my Rx blood thinners so I’m probably also going to need to stop this a few days before the surgery. I will definitely bring it up with my drs.

Super value, strong combo
This product is a potent combination of ingredients that are said to work synergistically to provide benefits for a myriad of health issues. Although it hasn’t been very long – it takes 2 to 4 weeks to note any effects – I’m confident in the product itself.As stated, the capsules are made in the USA; Texas, in fact. There is a corporate website with more information about the company and a method of contact for consumer questions and concerns.The capsules are in a large container, shrink wrapped externally and sealed inside with a foil liner. There was nothing unusual or alarming about capsules, no strnage odors. They are easy to swallow.Regarding the capsules, the suggested amount is 2 capsules. That would mean 1,000 mg (1 gram) of Quercetin, which is the upper limit according to most sources. Thus, a consumer could reduce the daily amount to one (1) capsule, at 500 mg Quercetin. This would work out to a 120 day supply of capsules.All told, this seems to be a great product. It’s too soon for me to tell, but pollen season will be arriving in Florida shortly, and I’m hoping for reduced allergies.

The good stuff
This is a quality supplement that we were happy to try. We are not new to this type of supplements, so we felt like this particular brand worked just as well for us as others we have tried. However, the additional vitamin C was a bonus since our primary purpose for taking these supplements are to support our body against seasonal threats. The addition of vitamin C just seemed natural. We made sure this was a US product before taking it. We highly recommend this large bottle from Kappa.

Natural anti-inflammatory
as far as homeopathic supplements go this one seems to be one that is not bad to try. Rather than taking a lot of aspirin or acetaminophen this should help to relieve inflammation in the joints and muscles.like mini supplements, keep in mind that this one has other items in the mix. Vitamin C is an additional ingredient, which is not a bad thing, but if you’re taking vitamin C already through another supplement, you may just be overdoing it. Something to consider if adding this to your regimen.The pills are easy to take and have no flavor or smell. As far as how well they work, I would have to say that it’s been too short-term to determine if these really are worth using. That’s the one downside of these compared to taking something like aspirin where the response is generally immediate.At $20 MSRP, these are not a bad deal.

I really like these capsules. They have good ingredients, good manufacturing, they are vegan, and they are third party tested. Additionally they are non-GMO, made in a cGMP USA facility, and contain quercetin, bromelain from pineapple and vitamin C as calcium ascorbate. Calcium ascorbate is less acidic than other forms of vitamin C which is important for those with acid indigestion, and it has the added benefit of having calcium. Definitely a trio of good ingredients that have been used for years in our household and we feel they have really helped us. These were easy to swallow and went all the way down without any issues. This is a two month supply at the recommended dose of two capsules a day and a good value based on other products at the time.
