THIS PYGEUM BARK POWDER DOES WORK!
I had been taking Saw Palmetto for a couple years, and it didn’t work, for helping with my enlarged prostate.I saw an article about Pygeum Bark and researched which form of it I thought would work best for me. I drink a fruit smoothie every day, so I decided to order the Pygeum Bark in powder form, with no additives, and no plastic capsules. I read hundreds of reviews to help me get an idea of what dosage seemed to work for people. I decided that I was going to use a 1/4 teaspoon dose added to a fruit smoothie. (Banana, lots of blueberries, and 1/2 cup of Damon vanilla yogurt. I then add the 1/4 teaspoon Pygeum Bark Powder (leveled off using straight edge of a butter knife, as using an exact amount each time is important) and then I add in 1.5 to 2 cups of Vanilla flavored Almond Milk. The last thing I add in is two handfuls of ice cubes. I then high speed blend it all together really well, letting the blender run for at least 1 minute. If need be, add either more ice cubes, or more almond milk, to get your desired consistency.It has been exactly one week since I started using the powdered Pygeum Bark in this method, and I began noticing an improvement in my urine flow by day 4, and by day 6, it was apparent this stuff works as the studies had claimed. This morning may have been the smoothest, strong urine flow I have experienced in the past 10 years. No feeling of having to force anything, no pain, and no dribbling or leakage as I put the gun back in the holster. Who would have ever thought something as mundane as taking a whizz would turn out to become such a point of focus for a guy? Like I said, I had struggled with urgency issues, a painful, weak stream, and troublesome dribble/leakage after what I thought was the end of any particular trip to pee. BUT STRUGGLE NO MORE! I hope things continue to go as they are now, as all of those bad issues have seemed to have been solved since using the Pygeum Bark powder. I know my dosage is a bit higher than recommended, but after using my dosage for another week, I intend to then drop down to using 1/8 of a teaspoon (closer to recommended dosage) for the next week, and see if I notice a change in my urine stream. If it seems to be doing just fine, then I’ll continue using the 1/8 on a daily basis. But, if I notice any regression in my current fantastic flow, then I’ll go back to using a 1/4 teaspoon. I have not written what I would call a lot of reviews, but I just had to take the time to write this one, because I am aware of how many men this affects, and that some of you may be looking for something to help YOU with your problem(s). I hope this will get some of you to give it a try, as I am pretty sure you will get good results too.If need be, play around with the dosage, until you find what works for you. Good luck brothers!

This looks and smells exactly like pygeum should. If your pygeum supplements aren’t brownish red and don’t smell a little like cinnamon, they are fake. I used this for prostate support while on Testosterone replacement therapy. Some of the positive things I’ve noticed is I leak more pre (unsure if they will let me say it, so we will say COME here)than I ever have. I no longer have a sudden urge to go, but the biggest thing is my Testosterone levels skyrocketed! I’m on just enough trt to get my levels around 370. My last several blood tests (6 months worth) were a little lower than 370, but not enough to increase the Testosterone shot. I started taking this Pygeum and after a few months my Testosterone level is 836! We could not figure out how but then we decided the only thing extra I am taking is this pygeum. We looked it up and it can increase Testosterone. So when you inject testosterone, your body stops making it’s own because you are getting it artificially. Apparently pygeum made my body start to produce it again. That is the only thing my Dr and I can figure out. Literally nothing else has changed except for the pygeum. I bought some empty gel caps, 00 size, and a pill filling kit and I take these 2 pills twice daily.
