Need to strengthen knees first
This is a good piece of equipment, but you don’t want to use it if your knees are not strong. Do the prescribed exercises WITHOUT the band, using light ankle weights until you can use this without knee pain. Pvolve is a great way to exercise if you don’t want to thrash around and sweat.

Great for pvolve!
Great resistance band – working great for my Pvolve streaming workouts – especially the new 21day Butt Lift. Burns so good! (Way more comfortable that traditional “booty bands” which always roll up and dig into my ankles/legs – I love this design!)

Questionable Quality
Quality doesn’t match Pvolve brand equipment purchased from their site. Uncertain if this is a fake or if it’s an older version of the band than the one they currently sell. For the minimalprice difference I will wait for a sale and purchase directly from Pvolve.

Broken Band
The band popped in less than 3 months from purchase date. Have only used it consistently for about 1 month.

Velcro part falls apart and band broke
I liked it while it was still in one piece. I will say that the Velcro part fell apart a couple weeks into me using it, as you can see in the pic I’ve posted. While I was cooking in the kitchen and using these to work on my glutes lightly, they just snapped. I wasn’t stretching my leg that far out, so I can only assume that they are not that high of quality? I have used it probably only a total of 2-3 months out of the 11 months I’ve owned them And they went kaput. Buy it if you will, but the reviews that say that the bands snap are true and if you’re willing to pay ~$20 for these knowing that fact, then go for it!

Cheap material
I like it but it makes a squeaky noise when I use it?

Recommend
Perfect! I would recommend and there is a difference between the heavy and light band.
