Used this vitamin e for some time and always pleased with it, 2 pack sealed well but this time opened the wrapper and one lid was cracked as per photo, capsules big but easy to swallow, good value, just hope company sees this review about the top of lid

1000 IU is a Mega Dose
My Dr told me to take Vitamin E, but he didn’t say how much. I picked these cause it was the largest dose I could find. It proved to be too much to tolerate. Cognitive issues and general unwell feeling made me stop. I will look for a smaller dose to treat my needs.I gave it four stars for “easy to swallow”, as it is a big pill, however it was not an issue . It also had no taste or after taste. It was the best price for the strength. Shipping was fast and the product was as expected. Puritan’s Pride is manufactured in the USA from globally sourced ingredients.
