Look, life gets stressful, right? And I’ve found that having a good B-complex in my routine really helps me stay on an even keel, especially on those hectic days. I did some digging, and basically, it means they’re using the active forms of the B vitamins, which are supposed to be easier for your body to absorb. They’ve got the methylfolate (Quatrefolic) and the methylcobalamin (MecobalActive), which are the good forms.And the formulation itself? It’s solid. Great source of methylated B vitamins
If you’re looking for a good source of methylated B vitamins, this is a winner. It checks the boxes I require for anything I’d consider putting into my body daily. It is formulated, tested and packaged in the USA. It is GMP certified. It is also third party tested with published results so you can see for yourself. Free of all the things you’d want it to be free of (e.g. gluten, GMO byproducts, more). The forms of B vitamins used are highly bioavailable. Methylcobalamin for example is highly preferable to cyanocobalamin for a variety of reasons, and is generally more expensive. P5P is what you want for the B6 form, and that’s in here. You get what you pay for with this product, which comes in a 60 day supply. Very happy with this.

What a great supplement!
I’ve been using daily multivitamins for 20 years and couldn’t live without them, as I age, I noticed that they don’t help me as much as they used to. After doing some research, I realize that methylated forms of ingredients are the way to go, they are easier absorbed by the body and the body can use them more efficiently, so I ordered this product.This product is great, I appreciate that there are no fillers and that it includes all the B vitamins in their methylated form, the pills are easy to swallow, and I can feel a difference. Better quality than most B vitamins
I take B vitamins on a regular basis. This formula of methylated pharmaceutical-grade active B complex vitamins from Pure Therapro seems to be a better quality than most. This is a clinical strength formula with 10 main nutrients in their most bioavailable forms. The capsules are small, with no fillers, and easy to swallow with no adverse reactions. There is a 60-day supply with a serving size of two a day. The lot I received expires 08/28/2027. I like that it is third-party tested and includes a certificate of analysis and is made in an NSF-certified facility in the USA.

Some people (myself included) have a gene mutation which makes it more difficult for our bodies to readily absorb certain vitamins and minerals, typically the B vitamins.
