I love this brand, its a bit more spendy but doesn’t have all the nasty fillers that the cheap pills do. I do wish they had a larger bottle with bulk pricing. But except for that I’m happy.I got this mainly because I wanted some more zinc/copper than I get from my multiple. This is the correct ratio of the two which is important. I only take one a day, since I don’t want too much zinc/copper and my multi has some in it. Since my family has macular degeneration problems with aging I figured this whole complex with other beneficial eye ingredients was a good idea. I’ll tell you in 30 years if it worked, well I guess if it didn’t I’ll be blind and won’t be able to easily use the computer anyhow. Time will tell.

I loved this company until NESTLE CORP bought them out along with Garden of Life products. People BEWARE and look up your supplements. This happened in the last quarter of 2017 and I just found out a couple of weeks ago. Will never buy either product again!! I hope Amazon is open enough to post this because people with serious illnesses need to know the truth about what they are taking and whether the products have been sold out to big corporations that don’t care about real ingredients. So sad…
