Shortly after I switched to the ketogenic diet and loosing weight rapidly, I woke up every night with painful leg cramps. I took the chance and life changer
I read all reviews and everyone was saying the same thing. Better sleep, less anxiety, better mood and more. I have not slept well for the last 4 years, last year had a panic attack, worried like crazy, anxiety off the chain, leg cramps, body ache, etc and just wasnt myself. I was taking magnesium from cvs they worked a bit but not like these. I took a chance on these and definitely a game/life changer. You probably wont believe me but the next day, i was alive, happy, not tired, not groggy, didnt feel exhausted all day, sang to myself had to stop and couldnt believe it, no worrying, very lil to no anxiety.
