    Good first pair!
These are my first Barefoot/minimalist type of shoe I’ve owned. I bought and returned three other brands before I got to this one and what I really liked was that the soul was wider in the arch area than the other three. The toebox is comfortable but I wouldn’t say that it is super wide or anything. I’ve had them for about a week and have gone for walks in them. So far no complaints, but if you’re used to only athletic shoes like me, barefoot is something you’ll need to adjust to at first.Quality is decent for the price and dont seem like they will fall apart in the first few months. They are very breathable so I don’t recommend wearing them on rainy days. They have good grip. We’re true to size for me (size 9)

    Cute and comfy.
These are pretty cute and comfy for casual use and working out (strength training). I tried long distance walking in them, and I may personally need more foot support. I am on the heavier side so that could be a factor. Otherwise, I think they are great. I ended up buying a black pair as well. 🙂

Great for Walking on Uneven and Slick Surfaces
Worked great for my recent 10-day trip to Greece/Turkey. Lots of walking tours on uneven, marble (slick) surfaces and I felt completely stable and secure walking. My flat feet did not hurt one bit.

    A very mediocre cheap shoe
These shoes are something. They feel quite thin, and the insole cushion was hurting my feet more than being beneficial. I opted to swap them out to other insoles to see how it would do. When I put them on I had to loosen all of the lacing up to the very top, and slowly cinch them back down. Even at that point the area of my toe-knuckles is still too tight, and if the shoe bends slightly all the pressure goes straight to the toe-knuckle.The shoe feels paper thin, so it’s quite flexible. I feel like my feet can connect straight to the ground. If you want shoes that maybe hug every curve of rock and ground around you, maybe this shoe is for you – for me I need more support and cushion than that.I have tested these out at local farms, offices, sidewalks, etc. The quality seems to be holding up, which is a nice bonus. And the shoes look nice. The brown and black pairs very well in my office on casual days.Unfortunately for me, the shoe is just lacking. I would really test this shoe out and see if it truly works for you before committing, and I would absolutely advise you from getting it if you require special support, or deal with feet pain of any kind on a regular basis.

    Stylish and comfortable shoe
I ordered these shoes in the 7 and 7.5. I am usually between a 6.5 and a 7 in a tennis shoe. However, I really wanted to own the white, and it was only available in 7.5 so I risked it based on another reviewer who said they thought the shoe ran small. Well, since I now own the white and the black in 7 and 7.5, I will say I think this shoe runs pretty true to size. Although, often times I will prefer a 6.5, I am at the very end of the 6.5 sizing, and it really depends on the shoe whether or not it will be slightly too short for me. I don’t own the 6.5 in these shoes, but I will say, I have a little extra room in the 7, so I think the 6.5 would probably have fit me perfectly with my toes going right to the end of the shoe. The 7 is still comfortable. While the 7.5 is slightly too long, the difference between the 7 and 7.5 is minuscule. Surprisingly, I can wear both sizes decently comfortably, however, I prefer my usual size 7, and I would have liked to try the 6.5. Long story short, I think these run true to size. You can wear these with or without the foam insole. The insole is a decently thick foam. Compared to other tennis shoes, it is actually slightly thicker. Removing the insole, the “barefoot” sole is also very nice. Soft stury cotton feel and stitched seams.I have a custom insole I wear with my shoes. Depending on the shoe I will stack the original insole and my custom insole on top of each other, or I will remove the original insole and just use my custom insole. With these, the depth of the shoe is pretty shallow, so I found it more comfortable to remove the original insole and only use my custom insole. With both insoles, I didn’t feel as grounded in the shoe, and it felt like my foot sat too high and my sock was being pulled down around the ankles.I really prefer a shoe that has a silky feeling fabric around the heel cup so that your foot can slide softly up and down inside the shoe with each stride. These have a very rough fabric, so that is disappointing to me. Many shoes have this type of rough fabric. This is me being picky, but if I had my ideal shoe, the heel fabric would be smooth. The sides of the shoe are not overly wide. I have a standard to narrow foot, and these fit me. It is the toebox that is wide. I do love a wide toebox, and these are even wider than some other barefoot shoes I own that advertise a wide toebox.Honestly, for the price, these are an impressive shoe. They feel more comfortable than other sneakers, but they look stylish enough to be trendy. I might get rid of some other trendy sneakers in favor of these more comfortable and stylish shoes.I would really have liked to try this shoe in the 6.5. Now that I know better how it runs, I think the 6.5 would be my ideal size. However, I am pleasantly surprised that even the 7.5 doesn’t feel uncomfortable.
