Achilles stretch
Bought to stretch achilles. It definitely works but have to place near a wall or something for balance. Can adjust height. Its a heavy piece, so good for not tipping.

“Heavy Duty” is right
The description isn’t kidding–this is heavy duty and very well constructed. I have always had tight calves and that is usually the muscle that gets the most attention when I stretch. This slant board can be positioned in several different angles, so you can work up to the higher angles. The top is covered with non-skid, although it is kind of a cheesy saying printed on it. If it wears, or if you just want to replace it, it comes with an adhesive piece of non-skid.The board also comes with a strap that is useful for stretching your hamstring or different stretches of the ankle (or plantar fasciitis).

Sturdy. Hefty construction feels stable. Works..
Fantastic way to stretch out your calf muscles and tendons. This is a well built metal constructed piece. It includes a sandpaper mat to give extra traction on the surface should you need it. It’s heavy but in a solid stable way. Love the quick change adjustable elevation. I’m still a beginner so I only use the highest incline while seated. It’s easy to switch angles and collapse it for storage. They also have included a free gift which is a fabric type stretcher. I prefer the metal stand over the manual fabric stretcher, but it’s nice to have options. Would recommend this stand to anyone looking to gain flexibility.

Excellent slant board
I’ve been using a slant board for a while now and started with the foam ones that only had a few settings and were not very sturdy. I wanted an upgrade and decided to try this slant board. It’s much better than the other style with 1 exception. Those were better for squats because you can move them and do different angles. You can still use this slant board for squats but your feet are close together. It’s very sturdy, easy to adjust, and it has good grips. I highly recommend this slant board.

Does the trick
It’s so nice to get a good stretch in my calves and not the arches of my feet. I can’t tell you how long I stretched against a wall, off the edge of a step or even on a foam piece where I got stretched out on more than my calves and it didn’t even feel like I got enough on my calves. With this board I’m finding better stretching and it feels good. As for sturdiness, I’m currently over 350 pounds and it holds up well.

Nice Slantboard w/one Problem
Although I really haven’t used it any, this seems like a nice Slantboard. Comparing to my previous board I sold, though slightly smaller, this looks to be built every bit as good, even better in some areas. Definitely capable of handling long term heavy use.But there’s one problem, but in terms of function, it’s not a problem at all. When I received it, the colored grip sticker on the platform you stand on that had the motivational words on it was installed upside down. I ordered a replacement and that too came with the grip paper upside down. Fortunately, they include an additional plain black sticker for a replacement when the other wears out or you just don’t want the cheesy motivation on the yellow and blue one. Other than it seems great that I can tell.
