I’ve tried so many different probiotic products that I’ve found here. And most of them barely worked if at all. A couple that I really liked, only worked the first 2 or 3 days, then nothing.Then I came across this one. I opened the bottle and thought geez they’re kinda oily and they stick together. And it’s kind of cute that they look a little like the Goldfish crackers. But I figured, I’ll try em anyway.I took a dose, which is two yellow liquid capsules. So for lunch, I tested them out by eating three foods that typically bother my gut. OMG! They seem to temporarily cure ALL, yes EVERY ONE of my food issues all at once! Mind blown! I continued to use them since. But, I did learn one caveat. MODERATION. They definitely work, but too much of the bad stuff still seems to overwhelm them.So, I always have to remember to stick with normal sized portions. I guess that’s good, because I need to lose some weight anyhow. I ABSOLUTELY WILL be buying more!

If the tail offends thee, cut it off!
No, really. You can cut off the tail if you’re freaked out by them. Of course, be careful, not to cut too far into the gelcap.It’s a very cute marketing gimmick, I can’t even imagine how much it must have cost to have a very different looking gelcap on the market.But it definitely creates a buzz.I’ve been taking probiotics for almost a year now, discovering different strains and how they work, and how they work in concert with each other and my body.One overall benefit is my tummy that I thought was just fat, isn’t. It’s gone down. While I’m definitely overweight, my tummy is now flatter than it ever has been. My pants fit better, and looser….I’ve also lost weight, 25 pounds in that timeframe, maybe 1-ish pound a week, and I’ve not changed much exercise wise. I do eat more greens, complex salads, trying out those dinner boxes (they are currently cheaper than the grocery store!) I don’t have gas, I don’t have digestive issues. I would say they’ve been beneficial to my regimen of health.These are the last type of probiotics I’ve tried, and honestly, they aren’t bad for what they propose to be. They kept my tummy flat, the bowels working well, and generally being just right. I would have no problems recommending them to anyone, the price point is very nice for the number of servings you’re getting, and 30+ strains is not common. You are absolutely getting what you pay for which this product.For the last month though, I’ve not felt as quite a good effect, and I wonder, is 75 servings too much *not* to be refrigerated? To be fair, December was probably the most stressful month of hardship and grief, and a lot of physical issues arose because of that stress. So that’s maybe why they didn’t work as well. Or, they kept working, and I could have been worse off (though I don’t see how, lol).I will more than likely keep these in my rotation, will definitely refrigerate them, and keep the tails on, lol.

Sticky fish
I really like this probiotic, but this last bottle had them all stuck together. I would like to know if there is a way to get them unsticky easier than trying to pull them all apart. They aren’t cheap and of course now they are unavailable on Amazon. I hope they can fix the problem because this is not the first time I have heard of the capsules all being stuck together.

The probiotics in this product are great. I just can’t get them out of the bottle. They are stuck together like glue. I pryed as many apart as I can. I can’t get the other 3/4 of bottle out.

I purchased this probiotic because of the number of strains. That’s surely the number 1 attribute that makes a difference to overall well-being.I feel great! I take a lot of supplements so I don’t know how much these probiotics contribute to that feeling, but I feel confident that in taking these I am doing my body a lot of good.I only take one a day. I think the bacteria procreate anyway so why take two! I’ve never heard of taking two probiotics before. They multiply in the body! I do like the bomb-shaped capsules, though! I’ve never seen capsules like this anywhere else and they make me feel like I’m delivering an especially potent payload. Nice touch and highly original!I think these probiotics are high in CFU’s and excellent value for money and I plan to stick with this probiotic from now on. I think they’re the best!
