“True” Ceylon Cinnamon
I originally decided to try “true” cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon) based on a suggestion from someone in my office who has been taking it for nearly a decade. After taking it off and on over the last three years, I have found it to help reduce the urge to snack between meals and keep energy levels high.This is “true” or Ceylon cinnamon. The packaging suggests two capsules once per day which ends up being 1200 mg. Different brands will recommend different quantities and some may suggest splitting it up at different times in the day. I typically take just one capsule with either breakfast or lunch.

I have been on a ceylon kick lately because of its potential benefits.I opened the capsules and ate the contents and sure enough, it’s cinnamon.
