No flavor no taste
I thought I would burp it and taste it but NO! There were no G.I. issues, no swallowing issues even with a slightly narrow esophagus, and I think the oil itself is better than trying to get the oil from consumption of the seeds. My friend is trying to eat the seeds but is having a difficult time grinding and crushing to get the oil out of the seed.This is the perfect method of acquiring black cumin oil and all the health benefits! I like that this is cold pressed and you can look at the capsule and see that this is not big Pharma made.

My knees no longer ache!!
I ordered this product after a family member told me it would be beneficial for strengthening my fine hair. What I wasn’t expecting was how it would benefit my aching knees! This stuff just amazing! After reading about the health benefits of Black Seed Oil I had a look online and bought a liquid oil. I’m normally OK with something that tastes bad, but that stuff was horrible. It coats your mouth and throat and just doesn’t go away.These capsules are great! Very easy to swallow. There is a very light scent to the capsules nothing compared to the liquid oil. I stopped loosing my hair and lots of new growing. Should try, will not regret.

I have back issues. It helps with some of the inflammation. My cousin swears by this, which is what started me on it. He has no shoulder pain while taking it. While it helps with my pain, it does not completely eliminate it as it does his.
