Taste good if you like peach rings
They taste just like peach rings, the candy. They do help you “go” but they all stick together in the bottle. Sometimes it was hard to peel them apart.

As a person who has trouble digesting most vitamins and nutrients, I am always looking for gummies, which are easier on my stomach.
