Quality, Not Cost
I always find a difficult to find the proper supplements in the stores. I usually end up, having to choose the more expensive brand because of limited quantities of the store brand. When it comes to vitamin supplements, it’s even more difficult at your big stores. This particular brand was cost-effective, but it had all the ingredients that I wanted and none of the additives that I didn’t. It’s nice to know that you can still find reasonably priced supplements that don’t sacrifice the quality.

Too much B6 otherwise they were great
Pros- taste, high in Magnesium, helped some of my issues, priceCons- Has waaayy too much B6 5000%of your daily allowance, found out that too much B6 can cause health issues over time, like numbness in limbs. I started these a year ago and about 3 months later started getting numbness in my foot thought it was due to something else, by December it was going up my leg. I was told by my doctor to cut B6 and see if over time it heals. Safe dosage is Adults: 1.3-1.7 mg, it is generally safe to consume up to 100 mg of vitamin B6 per day without experiencing any adverse effects. So it is suppose to be safe but if you are getting B6 anywhere else it could be an issue.I wish I could continue taking them as I really enjoyed the help they gave me and the taste but I guess between these and other foods with B6 I was eating and other supplements it became a health issue for me. If they ever drop the B6 or lower the amount I would come back. Right now I need to find another supplement. 4 stars for the excessive amount of B6 in them.

I really appreciate the flavor and natural coloring
Not being to swallow pills, makes it extremely difficult to find medicine and supplements. I am lacking a lot of nutrition and vitamins, due to medication issues…believe it or not. I found these and the flavor is quite nice. Not artificial at all. Also, no fake dye, which I am allergic to. I had started with the raspberry one, but found the blueberry as a happy accident. They were in a twin pack, for summer prime. I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. During my next purchase, I’ll add them as an auto-ship.

I purchased on November 14th 2024 for my kids and my husband noticed they had an expired day of July 2024. I was not able to return do to it being passed return date. Please be careful when purchasing here.
