I have low potassium. I took 6 gummies the day before and the day of blood work. My potassium was still low. My Dr told me it’s cos these are low dose. I needed a higher dose. Gave it 5 stars still cos it’s not their fault I didnt know how big of a dose I needed.

Taste is Decent, Typical Unpleasant Gummy Vitamin Texture
I like to make sure I am getting magnesium and potassium in my diet for managing painful periods and for overall health, better sleep, etc.. I find that if I don’t have water nearby when I think of taking my vitamins I put it off until later and then forget so vitamins in gummy form like this can be very convenient for that reason. The overall flavor is decent, but the texture is not my favorite. It is similar to vitamin gummies I have tried in the past though so kind of as expected. I would love it if they had the actual texture of a regular gummy bear even if the flavor suffered a little. Still, It is convenient this way and the flavor itself isn’t bad. I am glad to be getting the extra vitamins in my diet and hopefully they are right about the high absorption rate. My husband tried them too and also finds them tolerable tasting.

So sick of bananas and beans and more bananas and huge potassium pills
I need to up my potassium and I am sooooo sick of bananas every day– which I never thought I would say. Oatmilk is blah and I can only eat so many beans in a week– and I love beans but not that I have to really improve my potassium. Potassium pills are huge and upset my stomach so I can only take those three times a week (my doctor wants me to try to take them more than that) so these gummies are a nice alternative when I can stand everything that is super high in potassium. These don’t feel like my multivitamin gummies since they chew more like strawberry licorice but they are delightful. These came triple wrapped– outside wrapper, lid wrapper, and then finally the wrap inside the lid. The taste is quite nice and I can keep these at work so they are perfect. They recommend 2 so I can have one when I get to my desk, then one when I have lunch. I space them out since I’m giving my stomach some time in between which has more to do with the ptsd from gigantic potassium pills making me so queasy. I haven’t found myself queasy at all with these. Totally recommend.

Great tasting gummies
These taste too good to be a vitamin or supplement! So easy to chew for being a gummy! I have to take vitamins and supplements for the rest of my life since having bariatric surgery and there’s just some I’ve tried that taste so much like medicine I detest them so I need to take magnesium so I saw these and decide to give them a try and I really like them. I hate gummies that stick to your teeth or are too hard to chew these are perfect! So easy to chew yet don’t stick to your teeth and taste great too! Don’t have a medicine taste or weird aftertaste and really a great price compared to same size bottle I’ve seen in the local pharmacy! I’m happy with these and will continue taking them!

Tastes great and nutritious
These have a delicious raspberry flavor and a very good consistency. I take one daily after I eat my breakfast (daily recommended serving is 2). The only thing I would caution about is that I find it a bit strange that they are shaped as bears. You’d need to keep these away from young children as it would be possible for them to mistake them for gummy bears and ingest more than two. However, as a precaution they do come with a childproof lid – the kind that you have to push down as you turn to open.
