Great supplement to get the calcium I need
I wanted to try this Plant Based Calcium Supplement because I tend to have trouble with milk, and I needed a reliable source of calcium. The 1200mg calcium, combined with Vitamin D3, K2, and magnesium, provides comprehensive support for my needs. The taste is pleasant, making it easy to take them regularly. Taste good, not sure where they’re made
These are mostly good at first glance. They taste fantastic, and although they are sweetened with stevia and monk fruit, they don’t have a noticeable aftertaste or artificial taste to them. The bottles were sealed and have child-resistant caps. The ingredients are clearly listed on the label, which also states that these were “encapsulated, bottled, and tested in cGMP compliant facilities with USA and imported ingredients”.However, although there is an American flag on the bottle, there is no actual indication as to where these are made, or by whom. The label has a web site and a phone number, as well as an email address to contact the manufacturer, but the website doesn’t actually seem to function as of this writing, and the listed address appears to be a residence. There is a QR code that connects to a different website and ultimately leads back to the Amazon listing for NEXTDIA. Researching the company name online also came back with minimal information.Because of the concerning labeling, I’m giving these a 3.5 star rating, which I will reluctantly round up to four stars, with a caution that you should definitely do your research when choosing a supplement (and, of course, always consult with your physician before taking this or any other supplement).

Much Easier to Swallow Than Pills
If, like me, you have been taking calcium supplants by the pill form, you know they are extremely large pills—what my family calls horse size pills. The size of the pills makes swallowing them unpleasant and difficult at times. A serving size of these gummies contain the same dosage as I pills I have been using, but they are so much more pleasant and easy to swallow. The gummies are easy to chew and their taste though not like eating candy, is not unpleasant. I very much prefer taking these gummies to swallowing the pill, but I have not yet decided if the gummy premium cost, over the pill form cost I have been paying, is worth the ease of use.

We decided to try these because the 1000mg calcium pills we were taking were quite large. These seemed like a nice alternative. The orange flavor is very good. Not too sweet. The texture is good. They are very easy to chew and don’t stick to your teeth.Are they delivering the calcium? That’s the main question. We don’t have an answer, but we have to trust that the other supplements are doing what they’re supposed to do. So why not these?If you’re tired of swallowing large pills, these are a pleasant alternative.
