Interesting High-Biotin Multivitamin
These gummies are tasty. I primarily wanted to try them because unlike a lot of other supplements on the market for biotin, this one has lots of other vitamins included, which makes it potentially suitable as a daily multivitamin for me. In particular, I do like that it is also so high in vitamin B12, and that it contains zinc. It’s not cheap, but I do think this product is priced reasonably, since Pink Stork is an established brand.

A Little Wonky
I’m a gal who loves chewy gummy vitamins and I adore Pink Stork. I love that these have all the things my teen would need to thrive as a young woman and that it is a female owned business. HOWEVER the taste isn’t super fruity and is a bit bland and almost chalky. The gummy itself isn’t hard but also is just weird to chew. Not my favorite but four stars for the rest.

Teens or moms?
I love pink stork and trust this brand’s quality and reputation. These gummy vitamins did not disappoint like the rest of their products. They taste really good, and easy to chew and do not get all stuck in my teeth afterwards. I have been taking these for over a week and am very happy with the product. I have t experienced any side effects at all. I am not sure though why these are targeted at teens and what makes them different from a woman’s formula..? Also, when I hear and think of Pink Stork, I think of pre and post natal supplements only. Not anything for teen girls! To avoid question and confusion, as well as the brand maintaining its profile, I think they should stick to supplements for the new mother, not teen girls. I am not a teen, but a mom. I would easily skip past these when look g for a supplement for my teenage daughter because of the name.

Fruity & Delicious
I must admit I ordered these for myself even though they seem to be created for teens. I am a big advocate for biotin and take it daily. I firmly believe it does improve hair, skin and nail health. I have been taking it for a long time, either in capsule, powder or gummy forms. The gummies are small but really fruity and delicious. It’s actually hard to resist taking more than the 2 per serving. They have a sort of strawberry jam flavor to them. They are easy to digest and there is no aftertaste and I don’t encounter any side effects. I like that these also contain antioxidants and vitamin e. There are 60 capsules, so this is a months supply if you are able to resist eating more than two a day! I recommend these

So far, so good!
Supplements can be difficult to review since it’s hard to know if they are actually effective. So far these have seemed to be working as expected. The gummies are soft and non sticky with a good taste. There is no aftertaste and they go down easily. Included is a 30 day supply so a decent amount. I have no noticed any negative effects so far from these. I can’t say they for sure are effective but they don’t seem to be harmful so maybe worth trying out!

Why is this marketed for teens? Actually better for adults.
I definitely believe we should get as many nutrients as possible from our diet but sometimes supplements are helpful (looking at you Vitamin D). While the nutrients and levels in this vitamin seem to be at reasonable levels, a couple are excessive when it comes to teenagers. Which makes me wonder why this is marketed as a teen girl supplement.Teens do not need 5000mcg of Biotin when the RDA is only 30 to 100mcg. Our bodies dispose of most unused ingredients in supplements but why take so much to begin with? I have the same question about the large amount of Vitamin A.As an adult, I can take this supplement without a second thought as it’s very close to what I take now but I’d run it past my pediatrician before giving it to my teen.

Would rather swallow a pill. This review is for the product listed as, “Pink Stork Biotin, Antioxidants, Vitamin E Multivitamin for Teens – Clinically Studied Vitamins + Nutrients for Teens – Beautiful Hair, Radiant Skin, Strong Nails, + Immune Support – 60 Berry Gummies.”

Seems To Work For 11 Year Old
We shared these vitamins with our 11 year old neighbor, so she could try them. I also took some and really liked the fruity, yummy flavor. I guess my only question is what age is someone a teenager and is this really suitable for an 11 year old? Typically teenage years start at 13, but my neighbor’s daughter is really tall; we figured these would be okay for her. Having a chart for weight might be best, though, because it’s kind of hard knowing what age this vitamin is really suitable. Overall, I really like Pinkstork as a company and like usual, there multivitamin didn’t disappoint.
