Mild and effective
Big on gut and digestive health, added this to my rotation and so far it’s been great! It’s vegan and the flavoring is mild, was worried it would be over powering but it’s actually really nice. I use a small hand blender to mix it so that it dissolves but if you are on the go then you can pour into a bottle and shake. It does work, it helps aid natural bowel movement so you are not rushing to the bathroom instantly so don’t worry, but as you get older you just need a little extra to keep things regular.

I had been taking some fiber capsules and they were OK but this powder works way better! I would definitely recommend it, my only complaint is that there is not a lot in the tub. It does taste good!

tastes great and dissolves well!
i was a little bit worried about the texture since this is psyllium husk based and i get the ick from texture in liquids very easily, but it dissolved super well and very easily. the taste was also really nice, more tropical and tangy than ginger forward. i’ve been using this for a month now and feel much more regular, clear headed, and overall have more energy. would recommend!

Palatable but THICK
If you have a texture issue, this isn’t the product for you! It had the consistency of a beverage thickening agent. The taste wasn’t bad, it produced results within an hour, but this would be hard for me to drink daily due to the texture.
